 Clip 1: In
this audio clip you will find the original recordings of conversations
with social workers, the family in France, the police, as well as a
testimony of my daughter Christine (who you can also see in video in
clips 2 and 3). This clip lasts one hour and thirty minutes.

Clip 2: The
following video clips contains nude images of the mother who in a
depressive state is naked in bed with Christine, nine years old at
the time. This video was given to Ms. Shelly Anzilotti, a social
worker in Charleston, SC, who never did anything to protect the child.
Later, this video was given to the FBI in Washington, D.C., Attorney
General Janet Reno, the White House, the Department of Children and Family
Services in Washington, D.C., the State Attorney in Chicago, Juvenile Court
Judge Zissman, DCFS worker Mildred Irizarry, Sonia Freemond, etc...
(Unbelievable but true, two years later this scene would be turned around,
and I would be accused of abusing Christine, not my wife.)

Clip 3: The
following is Christine's testimony in December 1994, at the age of nine.
This video tape was given to the FBI in Washington, D.C., Attorney General
Janet Reno, the White House, the Department of Children and Family Services
in Washington, D.C., the State Attorney in Chicago, Juvenile Court Judge
Zissman, DCFS worker Mildred Irizarry, Sonia Freemond, etc...

Clip 4: In
Chicago, in February 1995, a file was opened with an allegation
received from a letter from Yugoslavia, that I was sexually abusing
Corinne, Caroline, and Catherine. The case was closed two months later
with DCFS issuing a certificate of the report being unfounded. In May,
a new complaint: I was portrayed as a child torturer. Mr. Edward, a social
worker, immediately resigned on our case for undetermined reasons. The file
was picked up by social worker Sonia Freemond (married to an American military
person). In this video, you will find a demonstration of the relationship I had
with my children. Despite everything, not much time later, Sonia Freemond would
bring the gravest and most imaginary accusations against me in the file.

Clip 5: We
have prepared for you several excerpts from our family videotapes
to show you the relationship my children and I had, what happiness
they had in the family and that this whole story, perfectly organized
by the C.I.A. was turned against me and the children were destroyed.
There is an old proverb that says, "a picture is worth a thousand words."
I will let you draw your own conclusions. I thank you for your patience.

Clip 6: The
following are conversations recorded in December 1999 with social
worker Denise Alvarez with the mother and the children. To better
distance the sisters from their brother, she advised them to call
the police for the package that Despot, Jr., left for his sisters.
The package contained a Philips CD player/Stereo system and an
assortment of sweets and pastries.

Clip 7: The
following is a recording of a telephone conversation between Public
Guardian James Burton and Christine. I must draw your attention to a
part of the conversation where he admits that the mother is incapable of
taking care of the girls and that Caroline (the oldest of them) had taken
that role in the beginning. At the time, I was a victim of brutal attacks
by DCFS who accused that I had raised the children with Corinne more than
with their mother, and that my wife was very capable of assuming the role
and duties of mother. The most interesting part is when Mr. Burton states,
"We spent too much time trying to keep you away from your father and we
weren't really taking care of you."

Clip 8: ABC
aired a special regarding a California family. This is not related
to our case, but we have put it here just to enrich your knowledge and
also to forewarn foreigners coming into the United States about the
practices of the US Juvenile Mafia. This part last 45 minutes.
