We have received a large number of questions and it is impossible for us to respond to each one individually. We would prefer that someone more specialized than us could reply to them. We don't like to give advice to others, but because of the large requests, we don't have a choice. We hope that you have consulted the other websites listed on our homepage (under OTHER LINKS). It is very difficult to correctly treat every subject; especially because this is being written from our hotel room at nighttime as our daytime is spent protesting by the White House. This only reflects our personal opinion, you have the choice to accept or refuse anything on this page.


1) Yes, subliminal messages do exist, whether on TV, Computer/Internet, or Microwave/Radio frequency. Their exact effectiveness however we do not know. Nevertheless, Dr. Wilson Key's book states that advertising companies alone spend over 1 billion U.S. dollars a year on subliminal messages. Therefore, they should be taken seriously. A few years ago, with a very powerful shortwave emitter a U.S. Navy ship conducted experiments on the population in Oregon. Rumors are out that these types of "Antennas" are all over the American territory and that they emit messages in all sorts of languages. In 2002, my daughter Corinne and I noticed a very surprising coincidence between three women. The three involved a young Yugoslav woman who lives in Illinois by the Wisconsin border, another middle age Yugoslav woman who lives in Chicago, and the third was my daughter Corinne who was living in South Carolina. They all had the same sort of idea, depression, and within a few words off, the same phrase was repeating in their minds. Subliminal messages from the Internet were excluded because one hardly went on the computer and the second never did. My daughter and I had a very strong doubt for the first time that this was coming from these antennas which was broadcasting messages destined for certain ethnic groups. Corinne was able to get out of the depression on her own but the first lady who lives by the Wisconsin border, she had to get therapy. The only protection is probably to go live in a cave somewhere where these radio waves cannot reach you.

2) Audio Subliminal Messages - The least dangerous is in grocery stores. Quickly buy what you had on your list and leave as soon as possible. In your car, try to keep from listening to your radio, especially music. Perhaps the best is to record your old 33 and 45 LPs to CD, their will be much less a chance of them containing subliminal messages. Better yet, you can download ebooks and feed them to OmniPage Pro which can convert it to a talking book. You can then put it on CD and listen to it on your car's CD player. At home, don't leave your TV running if you're not watching it. Better yet, program your VCR to record the shows you want to watch ahead of time. It will save you time by allowing you to fast forward to the parts you wanted to see and their is less chance of it containing subliminal messages.

3) The biggest number of questions we receive is about subliminal messages on computers. It would take a very long article to really explain everything about it. Subliminal messages on computers can occur without you being connected to the Internet. The FBI, CIA, etc... have means to remotely access your computer. A program, which completely blocks subliminal messages on computers, does not exist nor can it exist. No firewall or anti-virus program can be 100% effective in protecting your computer. Microsoft was obliged by the US Government to allow a "backdoor" entrance to your computer. You do not necessarily have to be in a chat room to receive subliminal messages. Being involved in a chat makes it a bit easier for them because they know who is behind the computer; they can test your reaction, thoughts, language, etc... It helps them orient and configure the messages for you. As soon as you connect to the Internet, subliminal messages can easily begin especially if you are the only one in your household; they automatically know you're the one sitting in front.

Advice is almost impossible to give on how to avoid this; it all depends on your age and business. If several members of your family use a single computer, rotating often can help. If anyone needs to check email, keep it as the last thing to do, and once finished, disconnect from the Internet. Even if you are chatting with a single well-known friend, you are well exposed because your presence is confirmed. If you start getting some strange ideas, such as putting a listing on a dating website, and the desire starts to get stronger and stronger (remember, with subliminal messages, new ideas you get feel as if they are your own desire), be VERY VERY careful. It is a strong indication that you are being hooked with these subliminal messages. In this case, stop using your computer for at least a month or two. If the desire persists, take a hammer and hit your computer well. Electronic protection against subliminal messages exists but it is very expensive and far from being accessible to a common household. The simplest way is to take a video camera which films about 400-500 frames a second. Film your monitor randomly for about 5-6 seconds about every 10-15 minutes. Do this about 2-5 times a month and then you can examine the recording on a professional VCR frame by frame. This is perhaps the best way to check what is really being shown on your monitor, but good luck on the time it will take you to exam all this. If you're afraid of your children using the computer while you're not home, or perhaps you're worried that your mother or grandmother might go gambling at some online casino, you can use a program such as SpectorSoft or some other invisible key/activity logger.

What are the symptoms of someone who has been hooked with subliminal messages? They vary depending on certain factors but the usual factors are as follows:

The victim stays longer and longer on the computer. Every instant they get, they go to the computer.

Their gaze stays more and more fixed on the screen and they start to isolate the world around them. Sometimes you have to call their name several times before they reply. They start to hate and become annoyed by other family members around them. They can start exercising, applying makeup, and/or start reading love/erotic books. All this can happen very quickly. Symptoms start to occur after several weeks and in less than a few months, the person can be totally hooked. It isn't useful in any way to argue with the victim or to try to reason with them. The best thing is to immediately try to find a different full time occupation for them to get them away from computers as far as possible. I hope that these explanations have been sufficiently clear. Do take them seriously.

4) In today's world, subliminal messages aren't the only danger. Know that if you have read other websites, the danger is much bigger. Whether it be your daughter, sister, brother, or wife, never leave them alone at an optometrist, always be beside them. The same goes for dentists. Never accept hypnosis for you or your child even if you are beside them. Certain messages in hypnosis that a doctor can say can have double meanings, which can escape your attention (in the city of Quebec, over 300 dentists use hypnosis). At school, be careful because social workers tend to call up your child about once a month for a "consultation". With their small hypnotic "toy" which they wave before your child's eyes, they try to "improve" your child's learning. At the end of the school year, refuse any individual portraits for your child and do not fill out any forms asking more information about you or your children. If your name is on a welfare list, know that you are already targeted. Social service isn't the only ones that hold that list. The same goes for lists churches hold of poor people. If all this seems all too fantastic, it is up to you to decide. It is better to be more careful rather than less because often then it can be too late.

Evacuee Bus Overturns in La.; One Killed (Associated Press)

OPELOUSAS, La. - A bus shuttling hurricane victims out of New Orleans crashed Friday after one of the passengers grew agitated and ended up in a struggle with the driver, killing one person and injuring more than a dozen, a police official said.

Police Capt. Mark LeBlanc said that after the tussle, the driver lost control of the bus, sending it across a median and overturning on the other side of the highway, about 130 miles west of New Orleans.

There were between 45 and 50 passengers on board, and 17 of them were injured, police said.

All the passengers on the bus — many of whom were getting some much-needed shuteye after days of sleeplessness inside the Superdome — were brought to local hospitals for evaluation and treatment.

"We have multiple critical injuries and multiple serious injuries and some minor injuries," said Trooper Willie Williams, spokesman for the state police.

The bus was the last of five charter buses in a convoy from New Orleans. It was unclear where the storm victims were being taken.

One passenger, however, disputed accounts of a struggle causing the crash.

Steven Francis, 32, of New Orleans, told The Associated Press as he left a hospital for a shelter that he didn't see anyone threaten the driver or fight with him.

The driver was looking away from the road, looking down, and swerved at the last minute to avoid another vehicle, Francis said.

"I thought it was all over with for me," said Francis, who had 15 stitches in a cut on his head.

Richard Grow, 32, of New Orleans, said he and most of the other passengers on the bus were asleep when the accident happened. He didn't even know where the bus was traveling.

"I didn't even think to ask, I was just happy to get out of the Superdome," he said.

He said the accident left one man with his arm severed.

Mike Sawyer, 56, of San Diego, Calif., was a passenger on the bus, but was not injured. He had been visiting New Orleans when the hurricane hit, and spent five days in the Superdome.

"Isn't that a jinx? Or it's just a coincidence," Sawyer said of all the hardship of the past several days.

Katrina evacuee dies in bus crash

Saturday, September 3, 2005; Posted: 3:09 p.m. EDT (19:09 GMT)

(CNN) -- A busload of evacuees fleeing the Hurricane Katrina flooding overturned Friday north of Lafayette, Louisiana.

One man was killed in the crash, authorities said, and 12 people were injured.

The bus had about 50 evacuees from New Orleans on board when the crash occurred about 4 p.m. on Interstate 49 northbound, said Opelousas, Louisiana, police Lt. Dwain Grimmett. He did not know where the bus was headed.

"The driver lost control. I think there was some type of disturbance between a passenger in the vehicle and the driver. That's what we were told, but we can't confirm that yet," Grimmett said.

The bus went across the interstate median into the southbound lanes, where it overturned on its side, he said.

Two of the 12 injured people were taken to hospitals, Grimmett said, but did not know if they were admitted. None of the injuries were life-threatening, he said.

The body of the victim was removed from the scene in a white hearse.

"These people were simply trying to escape an extremely bad situation," said Louisiana State Police spokesman Trooper Willie Williams.

Opelousas is about 130 miles west of New Orleans.

Eleven Children Found Caged in Ohio Home (Associated Press)

WAKEMAN, Ohio - The 11 children removed from a house where authorities say some of them slept in homemade cages are polite, well-behaved, well-dressed and appear to have been well-fed, neighbors and authorities said Tuesday.

Their adoptive parents, Michael Gravelle, 56, and Sharen Gravelle, 57, denied in a custody hearing Monday that they abused or neglected the children, who are ages 1-14 and have conditions that included autism and fetal alcohol syndrome.

No charges had been filed as of Tuesday afternoon, and messages left with the couple's lawyer were not immediately returned.

The Gravelles have said a psychiatrist recommended they make the children sleep in the cages, Huron County Prosecutor Russell Leffler told the Norwalk Reflector. The parents said the children, including some who had mental disorders, needed to be protected from each other, according to a search warrant on file at Norwalk Municipal Court.

Leffler refused to speak with an Associated Press reporter Tuesday at his office.

Neighbors said they often saw or heard the children playing, and the family yard was littered with toys — plastic cars, tricycles, slides and an overturned skateboard near a wooden ramp. Seven bicycles were piled in a storage shed.

"Those kids were dressed better than some of the kids who live in Cleveland. They behaved like any other kids when they were outside playing," said Jim Power, who lives across the street.

At night, authorities say, eight of the children were confined in 3 1/2-foot-tall wooden cages stacked in bedrooms on the second floor. The cages were painted in bright, primary colors, with some rigged with alarms that would send a signal to the downstairs when a cage door was opened. One cage had a dresser in front of it, county sheriff's Lt. Randy Sommers said Tuesday.

"The sheriff and I stood there for a few minutes and just kind of stared at what we were seeing. We were speechless," Sommers said.

No one answered the Gravelles' door Tuesday, and the gray, four-bedroom house was dark. A pig, roosters and other animals shared the yard outside Wakeman, a city of about 1,000 people 50 miles west of Cleveland.

The children have been placed with four foster families and were doing well, said Erich Dumbeck, director of the Huron County Department of Job and Family Services.

"We're still trying to figure out what happened in that home. We don't have any indication at this point that there was any abuse," Dumbeck said.

Sommers said a social worker investigating a complaint contacted authorities. Dumbeck would not discuss the complaint.

According to the search warrant, the cages had mats and the house smelled of urine. One boy said he slept in a cage for three years, Sommers said. A baby slept in a small bed, and two girls used mattresses

Deputies said they were called to the home last year when a 12-year-old boy was upset and ran away for several hours. He was found not far away.

Although the family has lived in Huron County for 10 years, the children were adopted through other counties and states, Dumbeck said. He said his agency was trying to determine how the adoptions were completed.

"I don't believe there were any caseworkers checking in with this family," he said. Reviews are ordered only when there is a complaint.

One of the children, a boy born with HIV, was adopted as an infant in 2001 through the Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services, the agency's director Jim McCafferty said. For caring for him, the Gravelles received a subsidy of at least $500 a month.

The private agencies who reviewed the couple's home life before the adoption gave them "glowing reports," McCafferty said.

Leah Hunter, who lives two houses away, said she often saw the children walking down the road.

"They looked OK. They hardly ever wore shoes but I'm a country girl and for me that's normal," she said.



Have you linked all these articles with David Icke's book which states in Neveda a warehouse holds thousands of cages each with a child in them? I'm simply trying to say that these stories about programmed children have been going on for over 40 years now. Hundreds of thousands of people have been programmed since if not more. Department of Children and Family Services take about 100,000 - 200,000 children a year from parents. A good number of them are destined for the CIA MKUltra Project. We can add to this list thousands and thousands of children that get imported each year plus children who are kidnapped here on American territory. It is a Science Fiction of yesterday but a reality today. I have a few personal experiences from the past but I wasn't able to see things back then as I do today.

In 1987 in Charleston, SC we had an opportunity to observe a woman by the name of Ms. Richardson. She was a public guardian for the state and took care of four children. She was very very cold and had a twitch. Her gestures were lacking precision but we didn't give it much of a thought at the time. What occupied us most is the relation she had with the four children. They were very obedient towards her. She would call them once and they would get up and go straight to her. Yes, it would be nice to have kids like that but something with the situation wasn't clear. With my wife, we tried to explain this but couldn't. Usually children who grow up in foster homes are very disobedient. Sometimes we thought she probably gave them tranquilizers to keep them still but our conclusion wasn't satisfactory. One day, the oldest boy who was about 15 years old started to run from her. She turned around and firmly said "I said come here!" once. The boy stopped in his tracks, broke out crying, turned around and went back to her. Here I told my wife that this was a hypnotism effect. At the time, I thought probably that psychiatrist probably did this to keep those kids straight, thinking it was probably better than to have them start dealing with drugs. I thought that this "therapy" was only temporary.

The second case happened in 2005 at a Social Service building in South Carolina. A very cold and unfriendly woman came in with about 5 young boys (ages few months to 9). Usually social workers tend to be very stern and unfriendly towards the people but when this woman walked in, all the workers dropped everything to help her. They were as friendly and cheerful towards her as ever. It was evident that they were greatly afraid of her because she was being covered/protected by someone.

The third case is when one day we see a man of about 50 years of age walking by. Four women accompanied him each about 40 years of age. These were all white people. They were out walking with five children. Each child came from a different country. The kids seemed to be of Chinese, Indian, Philippine, etc... origin. Another common point is that they all had cold personalities.

The last case was in 2004 in Greenwood, SC. A cold woman of about 40 years old married to an American soldier was collecting money for the "poor". She had in her hand a list of all poor people in the area. She was going to buy them socks, toys, etc... for Christmas. However, even people from her Church called her a "bitch". With that, I think I explained everything.

Today, 23 years later, I come back to my personal case. Many things, which at the time I Interpreted differently, today I see them a lot, better. I will explain:



In 1982, we arrived in New York. I had a political affair behind me. I knew that the French and Yugoslav secret services were going to send false information about me but I wasn't too worried about it. I also knew that in the underground CIA laboratories experiments were going on with a handful of people. I also heard pedophile stories about FBI Director Edgar Hoover but I though it was all soviet propaganda during the cold war. I left a paradise in France because of political problems. However, when we arrived, the first thing the American Government saw was my two young daughters and my pregnant wife. Our case was transferred to a "pedophile service". My political problems never interested anyone. The first thing they did was to try to humiliate us as much as possible. I helped my wife through labor for our first child here in the U.S. in Tennessee. Remember from Cathy O'Brien's book when she says the CIA works through the Department of Family Services in Tennessee to take kids from their families? In the Smoky Mountains, they came with four police cars to take my son. In the newspaper, an article was published saying how they greatly "helped" us.

All military bases are based around Goose Creek, Monks Corner on point A. We lived on point B in Red Top by highway 17. We found the house their by ourselves but our neighbor Mr. Gibbs was evicted and the new tenant was Mr. Brown who was in the army. He started causing us trouble. All of a sudden, Mr. Greg Foreman came out of nowhere with his wife. They offer to help us. Mrs. Foreman worked as a secretary for Senator Foreman (to our knowledge, they are not related). Mr. Foreman was a father of several children and it never appeared to us that he had any bad intentions. From here, Mr. Foreman moved us to point C in Hollywood, SC. It was an abandoned house in the middle of the forest. I don't know how many times we caught people looking through our windows. When we would go outside to see who it was, they would quickly run off to the forest. At the time, we supposed it was Mr. Doug Genferis who was a friend of Mr. Foreman and also an ex-soldier. At the time, we weren't aware of the luck we had with our big van. Each time we would go somewhere, the whole family would go along. This van was very bothersome to them because my wife and I including my 6 children were never separated. In every Mercedes repair shop, they can tell you that a certain spring in a manual transmission does not break very easily. It was more than obvious that someone wanted us to stop using our truck. In the past, they kept telling us to sell our van and get a car instead. This was so we would then be obliged to leave part of our family at home as 8 of us cannot fit in car. At the same time, the secretary, which worked at the church we went to was replaced. The new secretary was Mrs. Thomas, her husband was in the army. From here, we were moved much more south to point D in Adams Run, SC.

The house was located about a mile from a paved road in the middle of a forest. Everyone in our church was told that we moved to Walterboro in another county. In point D, you can already read in our story that in the duplex we were living, a young military couple was living next to us (he was very far from his base). Our truck still hadn't been repaired. My wife was using the Jeep, which Mr. Morris had leant to us to bring Caroline and Corinne to school. I was alone at home with my four other children with holes in the ceiling here and there. The third visitor, which was hanging around the young couple, was caught once spying through these holes. Without doubt, they were ready to kidnap my children. However, it was a coincidence that Mr. Bill Brown from the KGB showed up and with the two together we were saved by this coincidence. After all these stories, they housed us in an apartment complex right in the middle of Charleston but it was later that Corinne was again targeted (being the oldest). Her teacher Mrs. Hairfield, tried to bring her to an optometrist, etc... To terminate this story in Charleston, I'm trying to explain that even military personnel is meddled in these affairs and for quite some time already. All the Americans who were around us always took advantage to speak of my bomb accident in France. They always used this when they talked about us but in reality it never really interested them.



Stories which followed in Chicago are well explained in our story, Corinne was already old enough to write them well. The tale about the CIA wanting the children for pedophile activities is more than apparent. It is what I have been trying to explain up until now. The point is how this pedophile mafia is present around us everywhere in everyday life. This isn't something wild happening out in the wild west. All these activities are covered directly by the government. It is why no one has done nothing for us despite the fact we have been protesting by the White House for the third month now. They well know where Corinne is and what they are doing with her right now.

They know that they have hooked my other daughter Caroline as well on the computer. Most probable that afterwards they might have hypnotized her directly somewhere. Slowly, they separated her from her husband. Afterwards, they argued and don't talk to each other anymore. She then cut off all contact with the rest of us. It is the police in Chicago that isolated her in another apartment in Chicago along with her daughter. This to the average person could pass as a regular everyday problem which we can find here and there.

They have been controlling Christine with the use of hypnosis since October 2003. They are doing what they want with her. Camille, who is now 19, is living in Chicago and the same happened to her.

As for Catherine, along with her daughter she has been "glued" to her boyfriend J.D. for four years now. It is an attachment that no one can explain. Without any doubt, as you can see up until now, they were ready to make my whole family disappear during the summer of July 2005. Don't think that these type of things only happen to us.

On the news, you've probably noticed that more and more states no longer issue driver licenses to illegal immigrants. It is surprising!!! Every police agency in the world can tell you that you should give illegal immigrants driver licenses. It gives you a good record of who they are, where they live, as well as their picture and other information. Why then are we doing the opposite? The answer is simple. These foreigners will be forced to go towards the bigger cities to profit from city transportation. There in big cities such as Chicago, New York, etc... it is easier for them to kidnap whole families and no one will be left to claim them. They aren't even registered anywhere anymore remember? The American Government can easily say, "We have no trace of a Gonzalez family, they probably never lived in the U.S.A."

House Panel Sets Late-2008 Digital TV Transition Date

WASHINGTON, D.C.-- A U.S. House of Representatives committee has set a 2008 deadline for U.S. television stations to switch to digital broadcasts. The deadline is about three months earlier than one set by a Senate committee a week ago.

The House Energy and Commerce Committee late Wednesday approved legislation setting December 31, 2008, as the date that broadcasters must switch to DTV (digital television) broadcasts, in order to transfer the upper 700-MHz radio frequency spectrum to emergency-response agencies and commercial wireless vendors.

"Thursday, January 1, 2009, will be the day America goes all digital," Representative Joe Barton (news, bio, voting record) (R- Texas) said in a statement. "The analog television signals that have come into our homes over the air since the birth of TV will end the night before, and a great technical revolution that has been in the making for years will finally be complete."

Senate Says Otherwise

On October 20, the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee approved legislation with April 7, 2009 as the deadline. Analog TVs receiving signals over the air would no longer work after the transition unless they had converter boxes attached, and the April transition date would come after the National Football League's Super Bowl and the U.S. college basketball tournament, two popular television events.

Auctions of 60 MHz of the spectrum vacated by broadcasters is projected to raise at least $10 billion. A group of technology companies has been pressing for a firm deadline for the DTV transition, saying the new spectrum will be optimal for deploying next-generation wireless services.

The High Tech DTV Coalition, with 19 members including IBM, Intel, and Microsoft, praised the House committee's action. "We are gratified that there is bipartisan support of the high common ground of the hard date and confident that differences in implementation details will be worked through as this legislative process unfolds," said Janice Obuchowski, coalition executive director, in a statement.

Safety First

Supporters of a hard deadline say first responders such as police and firefighters need additional spectrum to improve interoperability between the multiple emergency-response agencies in metropolitan areas. Following the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States, the national 9/11 Commission recommended that emergency responders should have additional radio spectrum. In many cases, the multiple emergency-response agencies responding to the September 11 attacks couldn't communicate with each other because their radios operated on different spectrum bands.

Under current law broadcasters are required to give up their analog spectrum by the end of 2006, but only in television markets where 85 percent of homes can receive digital signals.

FCC Action

In December 1997 the U.S. Federal Communications Commission voted to reallocate some frequencies in the 700-MHz band to public safety and new commercial uses, in exchange for the digital spectrum TV stations received. Most television markets would never reach the 85 percent digital threshold now in law without a hard DTV deadline, critics say.

The next step for the House legislation would be a vote by the full House. If the differences in the House and Senate legislation remain after the full bodies approve them, then they would be ironed out in a conference committee made up of members of both bodies. After both bodies approve the compromise, the legislation would need to be signed by President George W. Bush to become law.

The House bill would appropriate $500 million for first-responder agencies to purchase new equipment, and $990 million for converter-box subsidies. TV owners could get a $40 rebate for a converter box, projected to cost between $50 and $70. The House relied on Congressional Budget Office estimates of 15 million U.S. homes with analog TV sets not hooked up to cable television service. Cable service can convert digital signals for use with analog TVs.

But some consumer groups have estimated that 80 million U.S. TVs would need converter boxes. The Senate's version of the DTV transition allocates $3 billion for converter-box subsidies.

These videos were given to the FBI in Washington, D.C., Attorney General Janet Reno, the White House, the Department of Children and Family Services in Washington, D.C., the State Attorney in Chicago, Juvenile Court Judge Zissman, DCFS worker Mildred Irizarry, Sonia Freemond, etc... Despite this video, in October of 1996 Judge Zissman gave custody of the four girls to my ex-wife. Clip 3: The following is a recording of a telephone conversation between Public Guardian James Burton (who did everything possible at the time so that the children be returned to the mother and not me) and Christine. I must draw your attention to a part of the conversation where he admits that the mother is incapable of taking care of the girls and that Caroline (the oldest of them) had taken that role in the beginning. At the time, I was a victim of brutal attacks by DCFS who accused that I had raised the children with Corinne more than with their mother, and that my wife was very capable of assuming the role and duties of mother. The most interesting part is when Mr. Burton states, "We spent too much time trying to keep you away from your father and we weren't really taking care of you." This conversation was recorded after Christine was discharged from a psychiatric hospital and seeked refuged at our house.

In this section, I am going to get into the most difficult to answer part. A lot of questions keep coming up such as where does the name Despotovic come from? A lot of Yugoslavs, Serbs more precisely, ask me if I am really a Serb. A strange question as they don’t appreciate what I’ve said on the Yugoslav UDBA. I also get questions such as what is our opinion on the September 11 attacks. Others want to know a little more about me and my origin. In other words, how do I see myself? I don’t like this question as I don’t like to talk about myself. I will try to put all these questions and others together so that hopefully they will be more easily answered and understood.

The name Despotovic originally comes from Kosovo. It is a very ancient name that goes as far back as medieval times as several Tsars and Kings carried the name Despotovic. Near the end of the 1800s, my great grandfather was a school principal in Prizen. My grandfather was also born in this town and was a school professor. During WWI, wild tribes who came from Albania started settling in Kosovo. Their culture made them kill an important or famous Serb on certain days of the year. Thus, it was that my great grandfather escaped a murder attempt. After this incident, he decided to move to Skopje. It was here that in 1929 my father was born. At the very start of WWII, they preferred to move northwards to Jagodina. It was here that my grandfather exercised his profession as professor and my grandmother as a school teacher.

My father refused to continue the tradition as school principal/professor and instead studied railroads. My mother became a school teacher and met my father as he was her professor’s son. It was there in Jagodina that I was born in 1953. Family tradition quickly woke up my interests in books. My most famous heroes where Walt Disney characters and Flash Gordon comic strips (the old Flash Gordons). Even today my mother laughs as she still remembers that at age 7, I created my own extension cable with a light bulb mounted on the end. I used this at night when we would go to bed. Under the covers, I would light it to continue reading. At age 11, I created my first electronic circuits. I had a constant craving to know more and more which could never be satisfied. I loved science fiction, astronomy, astro-physics, motors, electricity & electronics, diving, submarine etc… I played a bit with my little guitar that I had at the time. At age 13, I read a book by Freud on psycho-analysis. I developed a big interest in hypnosis which obliged me to read a book on human brains that college medical student used. I equally took and developed pictures which I had taken myself. I was also interested in politics and espionage. However, I never had a big interest in chemistry and medicine. Of course, all this took a lot of time and probably explains why at school I was only an average student. During the 50s, my father became chief of a rail roads station.


It was a good souvenir as very little boys had this opportunity. I also spent time in Belgrade with my grandmother as well as with the rest of the family. Both of my uncles were architects and my third uncle was a hospital chief. An older uncle was a industry consultant for Yugoslavia. My aunt was head of the National Institute of Statistics, etc…The list continues in the second circle of the family (cousins, nieces, etc…) but there is no reason to continue.

On my mother’s side, her family lived out in the country in Banat. It allowed me to spend very nice vacations in the summer among all sorts of domestic animals, a nice garden, fields full of wheat, sunflower, corn, etc… This diversity helped me greatly while growing up. In 1960, my father was called up to the Head of the Railroads in Nis.


I could hope on a bright future until 1970. My father became closer and closer to his girlfriends rather then his children.

At age 16 and half, I left family life and through a student job locator service, I found a job with city transportation. Public transport is used very frequently in Yugoslavia. While working on the city Bus, I was able to see a wide variety of police agents which gave me new acquaintances which later caused me huge trouble. At 17, I took my passport and headed for Western Europe. Here, long stories began. I was always curious to know more and more. Often, I talked to older Yugoslav immigrants who had left Yugoslavia a long time ago. These new acquaintances gave me a wider array of knowledge on history. History we never learned in school. However, this caused me new problems with the Yugoslav Police. For them, the problem was simple. If you don’t want to finish school, then you can render us services. Before the west gets too much to you, we are going to re-educate you. They seized my passport twice and at age 18, they put me in the army. In the army, they thought they could do whatever they wanted to me and I therefore became a constant target. It was for this reason that I deserted.



“Rendering services for the Yugoslav Police” means that they put you through a 6 month training. Then they send you abroad among Yugoslav communities to listen and watch who is saying, doing, and thinking what. Of course, all this information is then handed to the nearest Yugoslav consulate. Advantages they give you in return are enormous as well as paychecks. You are automatically considered an anti-Yugoslav if you refuse to do this though.

For a very good majority of Yugoslavs, it is a much easier practice to cooperate with the Yugoslavian UDBa - and this precisely what happens. Since a very young age, I never conformed to this new Yugoslav mentality, I always acted to preserve my liberty to act, do, and think freely. I always tried to set my own morality norms by following my heart's path rather than the law written by man. This freedom is very expensive but in today's world, we are cannot be as free as we hope to be.

In Yugoslavia, I received a very good scholar education. In Germany, I learned a very good discipline in work which cannot be learned anywhere else. However, real culture and real freedom of thought I learned in France because of their wide diversified culture and I can only say "Thank you France". I noticed that Marseille is a city where one can feel very good as soon as I arrived there. It is next to the Mediterranean Sea, a very good mild climate, with a population of only one million and no tall buildings. The best however, is the people's mentality. Believe it or not, we were almost all a big family. Everyone would talk to everyone. I SPENT THE BEST YEARS OF MY LIFE IN MARSEILLE.

I believed that I had a well placed family in Yugoslavia; I didn't get into politics and hoped therefore that I could lead my little quite life. I was the only one to believe that the UDBa did not share this opinion. The best is to stop here. If I start again with the stories and problems in Marseille, it would take yet another website to explain it all.

It was in Marseille that I discovered UDBa activity in cooperation with the French Police. A lot of French policemen were not ok with this however all the orders came from Paris. The UDBa was preparing to kidnap me from Marseille - first they tried to bring me back politely. They first sent my uncle and then my great-uncle to convince me to return to Yugoslavia or if not possible, then Germany. My French friend, Mr. Olmiccia, told me "Come and stay at my hotel, I will give you a room next to mine, you'll be safe there". He was president of the Hotel Association of Marseille and member of the Republican Party. My lawyer Mr. Rene Blanchot was candidate for the Republican Party for the city of Marseille. He equally told me "Don't worry, you're not alone, we're with you".

Saturday, November 20, 1976, the Republican Party was holding its congressional meeting and I was to watch the hotel. At the entrance door I found a package which was in reality a trick package which exploded. It was only afterwards that big problems began. Long, long, long, stories started. My parents came from Yugoslavia; I was between life and death for three weeks. Out of 10,000 cases such as mine, I survived. The DST chief for Marseille was replaced. The Yugoslav Consulate in Marseille asked the French Police to block my eye operations so that I would not regain sight. In March of 1977, while I was in the hospital, the Yugoslav Consul Mr. Milutin told my parents to keep calm as they were going to kidnap me from the hospital and for them not to panic. My mother opposed as I was in the middle of recovery with good medical attention - asking for them to wait until later. At the hospital, I met my soon-to-be wife Renee. We started forming a family and for years, we escaped set-ups by the Yugoslavian UDBa. My parents also suffered big pressures from the UDBa as they constantly sought their cooperation. This cooperation wasn't hard to obtain from my father. He was head inspector for train accidents in Yugoslavia and was in constant contact with the UDBa. My mother was a teacher and extremely naive with no experience with the UDBa.

With my wife, we had a first daughter, Corinne, followed by Caroline. My wife worked nights at the hospital and I had my pensions just like a French citizen. Because of the constant events at the time, we put special locks on the doors, a metal curtain on the porch, a big Newfoundland dog inside with us, and much more to better protect ourselves. My parents were constantly being manipulated and followed even during their trips back and forth from France to Yugoslavia - to the point that my father was assaulted in the train by some Yugoslav thugs (manipulated by the UDBa) in Italy (who tried to make themselves look like some Italian thugs). All this happened in the presence of a Yugoslav consul from Marseille who happened to be on the trip as well. It is also a very long story.

My father would come in March and November and my mother would come in January, July, and August. This went on for almost six years. Finally, when they got tired of the Despotovic case, the DST made plans to kill us in a road accident in August of 1982. My wife left her job and I my pensions, not to mention the social welfare advantages as well which here in the U.S. you could not even imagine. With our truck and trailer, we left France and sent them to the U.S. from Spain by ship. Of course, reading this here is quickly said, however, you can't imagine how many projects and plans we had to make and how many traps we had to escape to make it here. This is a different story however. After our departure, the French communists took advantage of my case to the point that Lawyer Blanchot had to leave Marseille and my friend Mr. Olmiccia was assassinated in his hotel room several years later (officially, they just found him dead in the hotel room).

Of course, neither the DST nor UDBa could stand that a blind man escaped from them just like that. However, knowing the stupidity of the American CIA, they allowed themselves to send the most fantastic and imaginary stories about me (to the point that they tried to make me look married with children in Yugoslavia). They also know that at the highest levels in Washington D.C. they have their lobby and that all this will follow through..

There, what more could I have done? I obtained my asylum in France in hopes that I would not have anything more to do with UDBa. I never meddled in politics but I could not live freely either. As for the accident (explosion), I never accused anyone and did the most possible to retrieve and live in family. This couldn't happen during the six years in France, they wanted my head and so we therefore moved here to the U.S. Here, American problems you've seen as well.



There, I hope that I have replied to a lot of people's questions on my childhood as well to a lot of Serbs who ask "Am I really a Serb?" For Serbs, I can add one more thing - especially for the new generation who don't know anything. You should know that in Yugoslavia after the war, the Royalist opposition was eliminated by the Communists (figures suggest some 40,000 - 60,000 were killed). Yugoslavs who were assassinated, poisoned, or killed OUTSIDE of Yugoslavia; well there is a minimum of several thousand. I ask you: are you proud of this police? UDBa killed more people than the NATO bombs in 1999. Today, this same UDBa is present throughout the world with child trafficking, drugs, and a lot of other things. I'm not talking of policemen around you, but policemen in Belgrade and their para-police forces.

In my case, I didn't state for example that even while I was in Chicago, they asked my father to write to Social Services against me - that I was the one abusing my children. However, when we realized where it came from, he quickly went to the American Embassy in Belgrade along with my sister to sign a statement saying they never sent anything (see copy in our file). Even during the winter of 1995 - 1996, an article was published in four sequences in "Illustrated Political" (translated into English) of statements against the church. They put the biggest responsibility on my father as the principal author. There were two main reasons for this. It was an excellent opportunity for the Church to lose it's authority in front of the people - back then this helped the communist party out a lot. The second reason was especially because it would be used against us - it was a good pretext for the Serbian Church in Chicago to refuse us any help - back then when we needed it most.

I would also add here that they obliged my father to write a quantity of letters to many different churches and organizations in Chicago with a whole bunch of negative (and false) statements against me. I would say that they almost held the phone for him, paid the bills, etc... so he could call here in the U.S. everywhere he could just as long as spoke against me. Of course, the UDBa had to justify themselves in front of other Yugoslavs in Chicago: why they're harassing a blind man. You know what the French say: If you kill a dog, people are going to call you a bastard. However, if you say the dog was sick, you'll pass as a hero. Of course, my father was well compensated. They gave him a lot of extra work on the side. They paid him a driver with a Mercedes who drove him all over Serbia to teach his profession. He had as much money as he wanted. He died in June of 2003 and was constantly asked for 'favors' until his last breath. As he said, "They're not going to let me die in peace".

You know, I suffered greatly from these police manipulations at the family level. This supposedly patriotic duty went above family interests. I only have one advice to give you, whatever the country you're in, help out the police, but analyze yourself what exactly is it that they're asking you. Never put their interests above those of your family.

There my dear Yugoslavs, as soon as I could, very quietly I retrieved myself from Chicago as well to live quietly in the southern countryside. I'm trying to do things very wisely to avoid any confrontations with UDBa. For years, I've been trying to pull my children around me. June 2005, they got their hands on my daughter Corinne and they are now targeting my son and me. This big mafia band has taken all my children. Therefore, I have nothing to lose now right? I'm holding back nothing AND I COULD CARE LESS AS TO WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO ME. If I can collapse this UDBa system with the CIA, I would do it with pleasure. My two uncles and father have already died, my children here have been kidnapped - I have nothing to lose. I tried to avoid problems as most as possible, but it is them who never cease to create and look for more problems.

I believe I have well replied to a lot of questions in this addition.



A lot of you also wanted to know what kind of books I like to read. All articles on Science followed by books by Swami Vivekananda, Shri Aurobindo, Alexandre David-Neel, C G Jung, Count Hermann Keyserling, Kant, etc... Do you know them?

I received several questions from readers asking me why I do not write a whole book about my life. I don't have intentions on doing so for the moment, but maybe, maybe, one day but it will probably be more of an auto-biography (if I don't get killed first). Sincerely however, I don't believe I ever will. Today, there are piles of books, everyone is writing about something but we really don't have much to learn. To write a book, it needs to be much deeper and it takes a lot of "wise ness" to write something good. For the moment, I am not that wise nor do I have the deepness that I think that I should have. Perhaps it will come to me later, who knows?



I received a lot of questions as to how I feel after such a hard life. It is very hard and long to explain. To reply to this, we'll have to engage a philosophical monologue. I don't like this but it's certain that all this will leave a deep print on you. In his works, Seneque explains this very well. Of course, when I was young, I often believed that life was unfair towards us. However, we don't regret a hard life when we understand that in this life we're just passing through here. When we take a good look around us and see people who have too much of an easy life, we see how much they've sunk low and I don't envy their position and money.



Some people have also asked us if we have other news about 9-11 that we did not see or hear on TV. 9-11 isn't the purpose of this website. A lot of everything and anything has been said about 9-11. I could also be victim of disinformation. I always remember the words of Mrs. Norton (Corinne's ex-teacher) when she told the entire class "Be very careful when you watch the news, don't believe everything you're told and shown. My husband worked for the New York Times during the 60s and already back then, they had a special laboratory to make fake pictures for their needs". To not deceive you, I'm going to include an article regarding the French "Le Figaro" newspaper.

CIA agent 'met Bin Laden in July'

Le Figaro today claimed that a CIA agent met Osama bin Laden in a Gulf hospital as recently as last July and received "precise information" about an imminent attack on the US.

According to the French daily, the agent met Bin Laden while he was being treated at the American Hospital in Dubai for a kidney infection. The agent was subsequently recalled to Washington.

The hospital today vigorously denied the report, which is based on a number of sources, including French secret services and a hospital administrator.

Bin Laden is said to have arrived in the UAE from the Pakistan city of Quetta, accompanied by his personal physician, four bodyguards and an Algerian nurse. He was visited by family members and leading Saudis. The paper claims he was treated in the urology department headed by Dr Terry Callaway.

Bin Laden is said to have severe medical problems and "the kidney infection has spread to his liver". Le Figaro claims a mobile dialysis machine was delivered to his Kandahar hideout in Afghanistan last year.

In a further twist, French secret service operatives are said to have met officials from the US embassy in Paris last August after the arrest of Algerian Djamel Beghal in the UAE.

A French secret service report on 7 September warned of possible attacks, and that the order to act would come from Afghanistan. Le Figaro says very precise information on targets for attack was communicated to the CIA.



This news I also heard on the French TV station TV5 with an extra piece. They said that Bin Laden's stay in the hospital was between July 4-11 2001 and was visited by Larry Mitchell from the CIA. After their conversation, he headed straight back to Washington DC. Yugoslav sources equally say that the Muslim Bosnian government gave Bin Laden a Bosnian back in the 90s.



A lot of questions have equally been asked about the war in Yugoslavia. Listen:

I left Yugoslavia a very very long time ago. I was not there during that conflict. I don't have the right to take anyone's side nor accuse anyone as I haven't been there for a very long time. What I can say is that there is an involvement in Yugoslav affairs from abroad. Conflicts first started in Croatia which led over 100,000 refugees from Croatia into Serbia. Then, war broke out. Someone had to be guilty so we quickly picked on the Serbs. Personally, for the massacre of Srebrenica an estimate was given of 3,000 and then 5,000. At the beginning of 2000 we started talking of 7,000 dead bodies. In 2005, this figure rose to 8,000 and maybe by 2010 - 2015, this figure is going to be further manipulated to 9,000 - 10,000 or more. In reality, only 826 skeletons have been found - men who were shot.

Many Americans saw the movie "Behind Enemy Lines" - you won't find any reality in that movie! It is a pure Hollywood fiction. They show the Kosovo UCK (KLA) fighting against Serbs in Bosnia (the UCK dressed in uniform like a real army). They also show an Albanian driving a pickup while listening to Elvis Presley and drinking Coca-Cola in the middle of a war (during World War II, Serbian Families always helped and supported American pilots fearing for their lives. Mr. Svijanovic from Arlington, Virginia was a child of such a family, risking their own lives. After the war, it was the American Pilot that helped him get into the United States. It was the same for Ms. Albright (yes, the ex-secretary of state). Being a Jew, she was hidden by Serbian Families in Belgrade during WWII).

For the 1999 bombings in Kosovo, 'anything' was said on TV. A picture is worth a thousand words.

New World Order
These are the intellectuals of the New World Order. They are congratulating each other for the destruction of Serbian Orthodox Churches such as the one below.


Over a hundred churches and monasteries were demolished and destroyed by terrorists. Most of these churches dated as far back to the 11th and 13th century.



A lot of Serbs who arrive in America know that the CIA and FBI here like to hear them talk against President Milosevic. They all think the same thing but play hypocrites to not get any bad notes by the FBI and CIA. They're all supposedly against communists but they all grew up over there and spent their entire life there too. I personally don't care and will tell you what I believe. Milosevic was a banker where the wind of history took him from his seat at the bank to the presidential seat. He was elected several times democratically. He took his reign in a country going through a very difficult time. He also opposed the New World Order and so therefore paid the price. The prosecutor at the Hague said six months before his death that they no longer saw what they could accuse him of. Milosevic once in jail knew he was going to be poisoned and so therefore made it aware to his lawyer. Perhaps they didn't directly poison him but it was sufficient to cut off medicine which he needed. Do you know that four Serbs died in the Hague - who supposedly committed suicide despite the extreme video surveillance? Did you know that the Hague Tribunal receives private funds?



The last thing I would like to add about this topic is that us Yugoslavs who live abroad always get a long a whole lot better then those who live back inside Yugoslavia. I had some very good Croatian friends and my most sincere Yugoslav friend in France was an Albanian from Kosovo.
