November 26 2007 “My name is Mr. Despot Despotovic born May 11, 1953 in Jagodina, Serbia. I have not been back to Serbia since 1972 (just about 36 years ago). According to my knowledge, I have the right to renounce my Serbian Nationality (ex-Yugoslavian). I believe you can do so after living abroad for over twenty or thirty years. I would greatly appreciate it if you could send me the necessary forms so that my demand can be officially filed.” On March 10, 2008, we received the following response:  Their is no doubt, my demand was very clear, however the response clearly reflects a deep cynicism which is still well anchored in the Serbian Administration. In this mentality of theirs, all belongs to them - "our rivers", "our forest", "our land", and "our people". They are still not ready to let go - to bother a blind man for almost fourty years amuses them and it's an easy target for them too. I don't hold anything against these consular agents, they are only puppets on strings and often, a driver or security guard working there is more important than the consular himself. My story is looking more and more like a personal vengenance from an employee working for the Yugoslavian UDBA. May 18, 2008 A little while later, we understood once again why the UDBA feels so “at home” in the United States and feel as if they have full rights on the Yugoslavs that live here in the country. The American government has given them the freedom to do what they want to Yugoslav citizens on U.S. territory – as long as they close their eyes when the Americans smuggle drugs from Afghanistan through Yugoslavia. The American government also works hand in hand with the UDBA as they traffic children from the Balkans to the U.S. and share profits. That’s why the U.S. Government is closing their eyes on what the UDBA is doing here! Of course, we’ll never find an official piece of paper with signatures but it is a verbal agreement. Ordinary citizens won’t understand this but politicians and law enforcement officials understand this very well. In Chicago, the Yugoslav community is very big (the Slav community in general actually). The UDBA along with the Chicago Mafia obtain everything they want. Often, American authorities are manipulated by their superiors for foreign Interests without them being aware of it. For example, my son and I not too long ago went to Montana to go pick up a vehicle. On the way there as well as when we drove back, our movement was followed step by step via our cell phone. The officer that was put forward was called “Ricky” and works at the Des Plaines, IL police department (right outside of Chicago). He currently lives with my daughter Caroline as through her, he has better control on the rest of the family. He uses his position of “police officer” to get the most amount of information about us and then passes them on to someone else (most likely some Yugoslavs). I will remind you that in the same Des Plaines police department, detective Rochette had told us in the past that he knows where Corinne is and that she is fine. It is also the same police station that officers there went to Caroline ex-neighbor and showed us our phone bill with her number on it – they forbid her to talk to us again. This isn’t all – Ricky drove down to Anderson, SC with Caroline and stayed a few days in a hotel room. They also drove by our house to see where we live – plans they have indeed. They’re preparing something for us for the summer – perhaps find an excuse to jail my son Despot, so that I end up alone with my mother in the house. This will make it easy for the UDBA to take me out of the picture then. At the same time, we received a letter from Helio – a wireless phone company stating that my son’s personal information had been compromised.  They’re preparing a “story” that someone did something using my son’s name so that my son can be blamed for it. The case will be well created so that it will take a very long time for him to prove his innocence. This spring, we faxed letters to Embassies and Consulates, FBI, Secret Service, Senators, Representatives, etc… several times. We reminded them of our case along with an excerpt from Florida Senator Bill Nelson. He was quoted by the Washington Post in regards to the lack of spacecraft crisis saying: "This is a very serious betrayal of American interests". We received a few replies and we’ve noticed a few Congressmen who are aware of our case but no one wants to handle our file. We understood long ago that Americans no longer govern America. Near the end of February 2008, my son Despot Jr. addressed a letter to the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade, Serbia. He just wanted to get an update on his Grandfather (my Father) – is he doing well, dead or alive? Two months later, we still did not get the return receipt. We therefore faxed the letter over there to several different numbers. A real miracle happened here, for the week after we had faxed them the letter, we finally received the return receipt!  A real miracle, this card took two months to come back to us! Serbia is in Europe, not an Island lost in the Pacific. During the week of May 19-24, 2008, we are going to start a new round of faxing. This is to inform everyone as to what is going on as we do not know what awaits us. It isn’t a question of if they are going to set us up with something but when and what. June 3, 2008 Today, we're June 3, 2008. Somewhere in America and outside of her whole family, Corinne is celebrating her 30th birthday. In two days, it will be exactly 3 years since she's been kidnapped. Kidnapped - legally by American authorities, perhaps with the pretext of political problems or simply: part of the "mind control" project. Mind Control? If you search those two words on the Internet, explanations add up infinitely. All sorts of explanations were posted just to keep you from seeing clearly what exactly mind control is. My personal explanation is: a program created to manufacture mentally handicapped adults and children so as to put them at the mercy of pedophiles - pedophiles placed amongst the highest ranks of American (and world) leaders. I believe it would be better to launch a new mind control project. With this new project, a lot of authorities could control their unchecked sexual impulses, and therefore they could think clearer and see what is in the interest of their country and planet. Sadly however, I'm only a small grain of sand, powerless, and no one would ask me anyhow. I cannot continue to expose my own ideas, in the past, a lot of people have complained that I elaborate too much. They claim that I can put my own ideas and explanations somewhere else. Before that however, some people explained their doubts that the Yugoslav UDBA can have so much power on U.S. territory. My Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, this month, I will try to add under the link "You ask, we reply..." a lot of my experiences in Europe. For the moment however, I will try to mention the main highlights of my 26 years in America. In 1984, while we lived in Hollywood, SC, several conversations I had with my wife regarding past events in our house (we would analyze past events rather), an echo would sound from Yugoslavia AND France! I cannot remember the small details but more than once, my wife or I (after we would finish talking to our family in France or Yugoslavia), would ask each other "They asked me about this" or "They said this and that" - things that we'd talked about and never went further than her and I. During the same period, my father from Yugoslavia went to France to see my wife's family. They would talk about their children. Ms. Carapic was the translator for both parties. They agreed that my wife and I should be brought back to France. My father destroyed my image so that the effect be stronger. At the same time, at my in-laws in France, my mother-in-law got a sudden surprised visit from her brother "George" which she hadn't heard of for over 30 years. He coordinated and oriented the story against us. "Information" the French and Yugoslavs sent here to the United States against us had to be supported at all costs. My wife in 1984 or 1985, asked her family in France copies of her father's military book. This she wanted as proof that her father was a volunteer in the French Army to liberate France. On our arrival in the United States, the French tried to make us look like spies. Here comes the miracle: immediately after my wife requested those copies, my in-laws were invited to a (I think) wedding so their country home remained empty. Several days later, her mother told us on the phone (not 100% the exact wording but the best we can remember) "It seems like someone was informed of our absence from the house, while we weren't here, they broke windows and entered the house. It seems like they were looking for something. Apparently, at first glance it seems like nothing is missing". During that time, my French friend Mr. Olmiccia was offered a very good job in Paris (he lived in Marseille). A few months later, for the first time in his life (he was about 45 years old), he found himself behind bars (Mr. Olmiccia was a member of the Republican Party and several times contributed money for the party). During October 1989, he went back to Marseille but was found dead in his hotel room at Hotel Garibaldi. Immediately during the summer of 1990, my wife's niece was sent to us so she could better analyze the situation. You can find more details regarding this event on the earlier part of our file. However, it suffices to say that a whole party of French DST agents came with her. In the springtime of 1991, my wife's parents came this time to our house. They tried to make us believe that they had won the lotto which is what allowed them to travel to the United States. The lotto jackpot was so big that my mother-in-law always kept with her a special notebook which she would keep tabs on all expenses and keep receipts for everything she bought. I asked her why she kept so many details about expenses, she replied saying "It's so I know exactly how much the trip to the United States cost us". Every couple of days, she would call her family in France and ask them "Ask the "bank" if I can spend more money, until the lotto money hits the account". For a month, this would be the daily scenario. My father-in-law was eager to go back as he had a lot of work waiting to be finished. He was in the iron - metal working business. He got an order from a Mercedes dealership who requested a custom made fence for the whole property. A restaurant, requested a glass roof supported by a metal structure which could lift. A third big order came in as well which I don't remember exactly but in any case, they started getting big deals although they were never registered as a legal business. I know these DST maneuvers, they'll find you 'jobs' and cover you even if you're not officially licensed/registered. All these years, between France and Yugoslavia, a campaign against us was constantly organized. If my father sends me a package from Yugoslavia (with a pot of his honey which would break and get over everything in the package), at the same time, my wife's sister would send us a package as well with some perfume. Needless to say, the perfume would have also 'broken' and stained everything else in the package. Both packages would be sent the same day or within a day or two apart. This would repeat every two or three months with different variances. You see, sometimes I talk about certain things and draw my conclusions, however, a lot of details which we noticed back then I cannot write them all out now. Even for the above story, it's hardly anything as I didn't write all the other details that happened: phone calls, immigration calls, etc... I'll continue.  In 1994, a whole group of Yugoslav UDBA agents created a base on the Kapetan Martinovic ship which was being held at the dock. With full right and no fear of any sort, they decided to bug my whole house. I they were not covered by the CIA, they would never had dare to do something like this.  March 4, 1995 in Chicago, In the van, beside the van, and in the garage, seven men waited for us. In addition, there was a supposedly 'empty' apartment on the first floor. My daughter and I would normally walk past this apartment's door to go upstairs to our third floor apartment (the hallway lights were not working that day). I don't know how many men were in that 'empty' apartment. You can understand that the Yugoslav intelligence agents make their own laws for Yugoslavs living in America and are supported by the CIA and Chicago Mafia. You know, we lived in Chicago from September 1994, to December 2001. During those full seven years, I heard a lot of things. Certain things I can't repeat or justify them, and I don't like to point my finger at people who were really for nothing, they were just a puppet on a string. Nothing we would talk in our house would escape the ears of the Yugoslav agents. They were never of ashamed to inform all the Yugoslavs around us what we said or think about them. Sometimes it's true, and sometimes it wasn't, but they didn't care, as long as they could turn the most people against us. What I also noticed is that even after I had divorced, things between the U.S. and Yugoslavia were always perfectly harmonized. For Serbian communists, it's entirely normal for them to get into a family and turn your aunt, cousin, uncle, etc... against you. In Serbia, this communist mentality has always lived: first the flag and patriotism, then break up family relations so you can better manipulate people. This is the best way for them that way the garbage can then always stay in power. A lot of people in the country are innocent and are being constantly manipulated by the Serbian garbage politic-authorities. You can find this sort of tendency in all countries throughout the world (more or less). Ordinary people cannot imagine to what extent these government authorities have perverted minds. I who know this still have a hard time, or to be more just, I'd rather not express myself. If I really said everything I believe and think about these matters, ordinary people would say that I'm blind and have my own world in my head. The only ones who would understand me are police officers. For example, in 1999, we had discovered where my children were living in Chicago. Within months, they were quickly moved to Kedzie (a block away from Irving Park), right in the middle of Serbian businesses and residences. Therefore, this gave a chance for them to talk about the Despotovic daughters, how they're not going to school and walking around on the street all the time. When this wasn't enough, they were moved to Thorndale.  Look at this picture. Number 1 represents a Serbian pharmacy where the workers were all Serbian. They had a full view on number 2, the Thorndale Chicago CTA (public transportation) station. The whole pharmacy would look through the window and see how the Despotovic daughters were hanging out all night long outside with other young people. As this wasn't enough, the American DCFS found them an apartment just a few blocks away which was owned by a Yugoslav (most of the tenants there were Yugoslav as well). This way everyone was able to talk about the 'horrible' Despotovic daughters. The janitor for their building was also a Yugoslav from Bosnia. His wife had an argument with Christine and called her a 'bitch'. Christine warned her several times until one day she decided to knock her out. After these events, they tolerated them in this building for four more months without them paying any rent. The DCFS then decided to move them again to another building, and yes, the owner was a Yugoslav once again! Constant stories were going around about how terrible the Despotovic children were. At the same time, the children's grandfather in Yugoslavia was contacting churches directly, Serbian radio stations, Serbs in Florida, etc... asking on news about his 'terrible' son. All this was well organized, was it not??? That's not all of it. If you look in the past, a car accident was set up between Caroline and a Serb. Afterwards, he invited Caroline and her mother over to his house to find an arrangement (at the time, because of political crisis, the Yugoslav embassy in Chicago was closed). When they got to his house, he said "Oh yes, I know your father. I have his file here." He got up and went to the other room which gave Caroline and her mother time to quickly leave his house. They noticed something wasn't right about the whole situation. It's the same thing that happened in January of 2000, when my three daughters came over. They each had their own room and the family started to get back together again. They immediately saw the danger. The first they caught was Catherine, Camille, and two months later, Christine. When I speak of hypnosis, it may seem strange to you, but it's a reality. One Friday in 2001 during a cold winter night, with Corinne we decided to go to Chicago. Catherine and Camille were freezing outside and hadn't eaten anything since Thursday morning. They quickly ate some hamburgers we bought them and we gave them some pocket money. They refused however to come with us to Indiana. It was 10:30pm, they left on foot towards their old neighborhood of Drake several miles away. Without any explanation, they didn't want to come with us to our warm house in Indiana. Corinne and I returned home alone, Corinne was crying and told me "It's not logical, it's not right, they did SOMETHING with them". All I could tell her is "Corinne, as long as we're alive, I guarantee you we'll get them back one day". Even in 2003 when Despot Jr. went up to Chicago to move his mother and sister down here to South Carolina, Catherine was standing outside on the sidewalk crying. She didn't want to move down with her mother and no longer had anywhere to go in Chicago. It isn't just my personal problem. Ms. Radovic in 1995 told me well "With my husband, we went on vacation to Montenegro. The UDBA there asked to see us, they wanted us to cooperate with them. They told me, in the building where you live, you know a lot of people. Your husband works as a music player and you both know a lot of people. You can help us?" Naturally, Ms. Radovic refused saying "If I go to friend's house, it's because we're friends, not to spy on them, on their beliefs and opinions - I go as a friend to talk and help if possible, but not to spy". They replied "Ok, ok, no problem, no problem at all". When they got back to Chicago, they set her up and took both her children, 6 and 9 years old at the time. She talked to me back then about her experience with the courts in Chicago. She said her file with Juvenile Court was as tall from the floor to the top of the door frame. She spent over $30,000 for lawyers and was told she could have her children back if she divorced her husband. That's what she did and afterwards, they said she was epileptic. All tests came out negative yet they still didn't give her children back. I would call her often and she would predict for me what would happen at my next court hearing regarding my children. Often, very often, I would deny her predictions and told her it couldn't be so, but afterwards, I was always wrong. Today, I still owe Ms. Radovic my profound apologies. When I hear of the FLDS story going on in Texas, my son translates for me the latest events regarding their case. We both stop talking after a while, holding back our feelings - we've both been through this before and know the song. Officially, they're saying they will release over 100 children. They will only release the ones they've already hypnotized and 'programmed'. For several months, they will stay with their families, and afterwards, perhaps the children realized what life really is, they noticed what is better for them, and decided to go away from their parents. The parents won't be able to prove anything, certain will believe their children changed all of sudden; others won't dare say what they think so they won't look like fools. They've destroyed several hundred families all at once. In the past, people have written to me and asked me how come I don't have any hatred against Americans. No, I don't, Americans are the first victims of 'mind control'. Just like the Muslim countries are first victims of terrorism. I'm going to come back on Yugoslav affairs.  You see, this child only had eight years of age and was born in the United States. She was stabbed by a knife several times next to her step-father (yes, he was killed as well). The criminals who committed the crime were never caught. This isn't the only type of affair going on in Chicago. There are a lot of old men and women dying because they had a lot of money at the bank. Their will would be forged and altered. When they reach old age and get sick, they depend on their life savings to pay for their medicine and treatment. That's when the UDBA goes "Ohhh... stop stop stop". They find a way to kill them, their will is re-written, and their life savings is withdrawn. A lot of their money is 'donated' to a local church, as it doesn't attract any attention. Since World War II the Yugoslavian UDBA has infiltrated and taken complete control of the Serbian Orthodox Church. They use it to send their agents abroad. When they come across real religious people, they're sent to the mountains - "Go find your God up there". Another chapter could be written about this but I'll stop here. Somewhere in the New Testament, you'll find the phrase "The time will come when the devil will enter the church. The time will come when priests will differ from the rest of the people only by their clothes". I won't keep adding old pictures, but look at our signs when we were by the White House during the summer of 1995. Very clearly I wrote on my sign in big letters "CIA for or against America?" Do you know who the CIA cooperants are? Foreigners, three quarters of the time, that they hired to go back to their country of origin, in hopes they will bring back information. The CIA is a real trojan horse for America. After five, six, or seven years, they end up getting American citizenship. The CIA will tell you "Now, they're considered Americans". Look at my own case, after 26 years; you can see how well it's been sabotaged. They've never tried to verify what I say (nonetheless even listen!). Actually, I believe it has never really interested them anyhow. The first cause is that the CIA is totally infiltrated by communists who are sabotaging my file. The only thing that interests them is the big money they're making with illegal drugs, organs, and children. During the Bosnia war, thousands of children were sent here to the United States so they could be placed in their mind control project. In 2002, we were in South Carolina and thought we could live in peace in a country town. One day we opened up the Greenwood newspaper and what do we see? Article coming soon A young man with no arms received a VISA to enter the United States to study. He needs assistance 16 hours a day and the Yugoslav government sent him here. They knew he'd end up for spare parts. They didn't send him to Chicago where there are a lot of Serbs; they'd rather lose him in the South Carolina countryside. The less people that know what happened, the better it is. I'll get back to my personal problems. Did you know that Catherine no longer wants to see her brother nor does she even want to talk to us on the phone? The last one that remains is Christine which we don't see much of either. The imbeciles behind the mind control project want children, lots of them. It's possible Catherine is avoiding us so that we don't discover she's pregnant. Christine tells us she is one day, and that she's not another. According to Christine, she told us her ex-boyfriend Jerry Webb died of an overdose. I believe there was a strong market demand for organs. Corinne, during the last three years, had time to give birth twice. We have some delays with our own plans but more than likely, we'll end up protesting by the White House this summer once again - unless they find a way to kill me before then. As I've said in the past and I'll say it again, I'm not afraid of death. The only thing that scares me is my conscience. I'm afraid that one day I will find myself in front of my conscience, my daughter Corinne, and I'll have to answer her. "Dad, you know what you and I did to save our family. Now that they've caught me, what did you do to save me?" This is the question that scares me. I'd rather die than to live with regret inside of me. It's 1:30 am, June 4, 2008. I'm trying to give you an idea how this CIA/UDBA gets into our everyday lives. A last example I'll give you is this. Look at a website we're maintaining for a church. It has a wide selection of music. A religious person from Serbia one day sends us an email in English as follows: Christ Is Born!(E-mail address and name were removed voluntarily) We offered this lady to pay for shipping for the CDs but she was quickly silenced. We never heard from her again. I have an array of examples from my family for example, from North to South Serbia. They've been contacted by Yugoslavian UDBA agents under the name of patriotism. Some of them just barely dare to even speak to me. If I asked them to send me a piece of candy, it wouldn't happen! In June of 2008, so that my family will be more dependent on the Yugoslavian UDBA, my cousin despite her age was promised a new job at the employment office. They promised to hire her this month or next month. At the same time, they're asking for her full cooperation, just as long as she could be turned against me. The UDBA is very afraid, as it isn't just my personal affair that's in question, but a whole string of events since World War II, when the UDBA came into power and obliged the government to cooperate. It's with the resistance that they infiltrated into the CIA. That's another story but it would take a whole chapter to explain. All these 'agents' working for the CIA in Yugoslavia are nothing but UDBA agents. I know what I'm talking about, as my great-uncle's wife was secretary at the U.S. embassy in Belgrade. Somewhere in the far past, these things had a sort of orientation. In today's time however, it's became nothing more than an international mafia, with mutual cooperation with drugs, children and young woman for prostitution, organ trafficking, etc... I'm going to end here with the UDBA and come back to affairs here in South Carolina. Today, June 3, 2008, at about 12:15pm, Despot Jr. was not home and I received a phone call from 864-933-1185. It was a 'verbal' text message and I wasn't expecting it. At first, I didn't understand the first part of the message, but the second part of the message was "Cathy closed her eyes forever"??? For several days now, they're trying to get us to go up to Anderson, because of Melody or Christine. Now that we didn't go for the bait, they finally sent that message. They're trying to arrest us from June 5 - June 20. This is an ideal time frame as most people are on vacation and in Washington DC, the administration only functions half of it's capacity. With that text message they were sure they'll get us to go up to Anderson to see what is going on. In addition, Christine and her mother are being evicted because they can no longer pay the rent. In America, we live about the same thing. During the summer of 1990 when I told a journalist of Charleston, Mr. Skip Johnson, that I'm headed to Washington D.C. to fix our problem so we could be left in peace, he replied telling me "Despot, if you need a good opinion about yourself, tell them to ask me." I thanked him. After our return from the White House to Charleston, we found out that Skip was moved from the "Regional" department to the "Religion" department. After a few months, he was put to the door as his 'services were no longer needed'. Skip wanted to write a book later on and traveled to see Dr. Moody in Alabama several times (the author who wrote the famous book Life after Life). Years afterwards, when we spoke to Skip on the phone, he told us "They stole the book I wrote. The book became a bestseller, I could be rich today." How they stole his book is a long story. I could write a book on that alone! Today, I still have remorse; I believe he lost his job because of my family and I. I hope that one day our paths will cross again and I will hopefully be in the position to help him this time. I do not forget anything. A month or two ago, a journalist from the American Free Press asked us if we were alright with him writing a story about our fascinating story. We agreed and told him he was free to write what he wanted, however we haven't heard from him since. Do you know why I decided to write about the past today? It's because Despot Jr. found this article online: Osnos is the key to understanding the network that is working behind-the-scenes. A former national news editor of the Post, Osnos was an assistant to I.F. Stone in the 1960s. Stone postured as an independent radical writer but was exposed as a Soviet agent in the transcripts of Soviet messages known as the Venona intercepts and by other sources.My story will be more credible and most likely I will be treated less of a paranoiac. September 22, 2008 It's been more than three months since we've added any updates to this website. I will continue the story here. The vacation time of the year arrived and we were constantly on our guards. It's always during this time of year that they set things up. July 4 was the national holiday and was also a three day weekend. On the morning of July 4, we noticed our local phone line wasn't working. We called the phone company to complain but were told nothing could be done until the 7th. We didn't take any risks so my son and I went to sleep at the hotel during the three nights. On the afternoon of the 7th of July, a repairmen showed up and said there was a bad connection in the box outside the house (supposedly it happens when it rains... rain?? we didn't see rain for three weeks! it only rainend a little on the night of the 6th). There were a few other minor events, it's possible they were only coincidences, bad luck, but perhaps they were the beginning of something bigger someone was setting up. We also noticed our website had more visits, we received over 16,000 visits in July 2008 alone (see report here). We sent over 1300 faxes to congressmen offices around the countries in July as well. The month of August went by pretty quietly, but it was the third month already that we had no news from Melody and Christine. She was avoiding us so we wouldn't know what was going on with Melody and especially where she was spending her days. We got her on the phone only once and it didn't last but a few minutes. It is more than certain that Melody must have been spending her days somewhere but we don't know where. On September 19, 2008, we heard Melody once again but she couldn't talk to us as if we were wiped away from her memory. It took over 10 minutes before she started talking (very little) to us, and only afterwards did she actually start composing phrases (she is 6 years old!) Christine keeps switching between stories, one moment she's pregnant, the next she's not. During the spring of this year, in a high school of Massachusetts, a dozen of underage girls got pregnant all at the same time, they all wanted to have children. For a majority of people this was just a random event, but those who understand the mind control project, and how they need a lot of children, then another idea imposes itself. It is only a question of time when Catherine, Christine, or any other will be pregnant again.  Seven months after our request, the American embassy in Belgrade finally replied to our letter! They supposedly can't find the address of my father's apartment. If you go on the website of the Serbian white pages (http://www.belestrane.nadlanu.com/site/default.asp?lang=en), you can still find this number and address listed in the phone book (phone# 018 510508)! The phone number is the same, but was changed to my sister's name. IT IS VERY VERY SAD THAT AN EMBASSY WITH ALL ITS POWER IS UNCAPABLE TO DETERMINE AN ADDRESS THAT IS IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY OF NIS (NIS HAS A POPULATION OF OVER 300,000). What can be said about other secrets that are harder to obtain? My whole family there is exposed to a big blackmail scheme and have to walk by the stick of the Yugoslavian UDBA. Here is another example: early June I sent a personal package to my cousin who lives in the northern part of Serbia. The package wasn't bigger than a shoe box. It arrived at the customs office there in the area on the 16th of June. The tracking number stops displaying information on the 26th of July. For over a month and a half, it was kept in customs... under the pretext that it was a 'commercial' package. It was returned to Belgrade and finally, mid-September they decided to deliver the package. They wanted to demonstrate their power, either you work with us and do as we say, or we can block and arrange things as we wish... be happy if you don't lose your job. You know for communists, it means nothing for them to get in a family and turn sister against brother, brother against sister, etc... For them it is entirely normal. That isn't all! There are worse things. Remeber when I talked about the trial where they are trying to hand over an apartment to my cousin? They have a hard time to go against the law and so this judgement has been dragging on for years now. In question is a piece of land, an apartment in Belgrade, and a house in Montenegro by the sea. It's out of the question for me to get something out of this. One of my cousin's wife who lives in the Southern part of Serbia accepted to investigate to see what has been going on with this case. As she was spending her vacation by the sea in Montenegro, she discovered that the apartment there was abandoned. She went to the local authorities and presented herself as a family member and obtain all necessary paperwork. The judge came out to see the apartment and authorized the locks to be removed. She obtained a permit to restore the apartment. She connected the electricity and water, changed the broken window, etc... all in legal manner. When she got back home, she reopened her business. The week afterwards, a small pocket book which contained her identification card disappeared from the store. Neither her or her employee saw anything. She was to head back to Montenegro but without her ID card, she couldn't go. She was also to go to Belgrade to see what was going on there. Again, without her ID card it was impossible. Finally, after 10-15 days, she received a duplicate card, and on the 15th of September she headed back to Montenegro with a friend as she wasn't comfortable going alone. On the 22nd of September, two Yugoslavian police officers frightened her two sons at the house (13 and 15 years old). They asked them where there mother was. The warrant was put out because she didn't update her address on her license. She kept her mother's-in-law address (my aunt) on the license instead of her current address. They live directly across the street from her! They can throw a rock at each other if they wanted to. You know why all this is happening? Without her ID card, she can't withdraw my mother's pension. She was to use the pension to cover the costs regarding this case (my mother just recently transferred the pension to her name, she has yet to collect the first payment). Without her ID she also can't retrieve her passport (she needs it in three months from now to go to Montenegro). Without her ID she also can't present herself in court in Belgrade. They are also going to begin a criminal case against her. While this case is pending against her, she'll be denied a passport. As she is running a personal business, she won't have any ID to present herself at the bank or anywhere else for the matter. Even today when I hear that the CIA has information from ex-communist countries, it makes me laugh! And you??? - September 22, 2008 - South Carolina. January 2009 I apologize to our readers for not having posted updates sooner. A lot of people have written to us to see if we are doing fine. Well, to continue, I will finish the above story about Montenegro and then go on to more important matters. Excuse me for having to protect the family, I cannot give out a lot of names. After my cousin's wife rendered herself to the police station in Serbia, the police decided to close the case after a short interrogation. Despite it all, two months later she received a court paper. They fined her 10 euros. It's true, the fine was the legal minimum, but it was more of a psychological harassment. Worse has happen still regarding this inheritance case. A member of my family was physically attacked by three unidentified men (they were wearing face masks). I apologize to my readers but for several reasons, I cannot give more details. It is very evident that in the Yugoslavian government, someone is decided to keep me from inheriting my part. Frauds that are punishable by law were committed in this case, the attorney from the adversary Mr. Luka Tomanovic transferred one of the two apartments to my cousin's name after the death of my aunt - without any judgement/trial - simply with false signatures. A secretary close to a minister signed and authorized the transfer with a note that no appeal was possible. Mrs. Tomanovic, the attorney's wife, was one of the two witnesses who allegedly heard my aunt give my cousin the apartment. For the moment I will stop here but in the future I will explain this in much further detail. I'm moving on to more important matters that are happening here in the United States. We didn't write a lot of information in the past so as to hide our information source. For example, in March of 2008 we left to go pick up a vehicle we purchased in Montana. Caroline drove down with her boyfriend Matthew R. Hicks - "Ricky" (a Des Plaines, IL Police Officer) to Anderson, Sc (not far from us). Their visit remains unexplained, surely just to 'see' her mother and sisters. However, as we know the situation, we know this isn't so. Caroline does not have any sentimental relationship with her mother & sisters. During the summer of 2008, we wanted to protest by the White House again for a long period of time, however as the elections were coming up, President Bush was leaving and we understood that we will have much better luck with the new administration. As I had mentioned before, Christine was pregnant and we had a lot of doubts that Catherine was too. Our prediction came true. In the beginning of August, Catherine officially married with James Gillespie and gave birth to her second daughter at the end of September. Christine had her second daughter near the end of November 2008. The story repeats, just like in 2002 when Catherine & Christine both had babies just several months apart. Caroline who is now 28 years old, has a 44 year old boyfriend and are both discussing the possibility of having a baby. Camille to our knowledge currently isn't pregnant. She will soon be 23 years old. She lives in the basement of her boyfriend mother's house. Her boyfriend has beaten her several times pretty severly, often leaving marks. She has slept in her car many times. They are keeping her pretty isolated from Caroline despite the fact they don't live far from each other. As for my fifth daughter Corinne, she will be 31 years old in June 2009. We still have no news from her since she vanished June 5, 2005. Caroline has an email from Corinne, or rather, maybe from Corinne??? According to these emails, Corinne is/was on Philip Island near Melbourne, Australia. Since, she has probably moved elsewhere in NSW/Victoria. If this hypothesis is true, it proves the fact that there is a well organized network of human trafficking on an International level. To kidnap Corinne in South Carolina and have her end up in Australia - well this can only be done by para-police forces. Yes, that is what I meant, para-police forces. The Des Plaines police department outside of Chicago offers the profile of such a force. During the summer of 2005, Detective Rochette from that same police department confirmed to us that he knew where Corinne was and that she was doing fine. Officer Hicks who lives with Caroline comes from the same police station. For Christmas of 2008, my ex-wife Renee, Christine & her two daughters went to Caroline's house to celebrate the holidays. Saturday, December 27, 2008, while we talked to Christine we told her we knew a lot more things that she imagined. Caroline lost hold of her senses - in her mind she believed she was more important and powerful than what she really was.

Monday night, December 29, the conversation with Christine came back to this subject. We told her that it was better for Caroline to remain calm and that she wasn't as big as she believed herself to be - even if she was living with a police officer. We have quite a bit of proof where her boyfriend is using his position as police officer to gather information for private interests. We also found this article where he was arrested for driving under the influence. We then sent Christine his picture via cell phone (his picture was found on the city of Des Plaines website).
Of course, these events took an unexpected turn. Mr. Hicks wanted to talk to my son Despot Jr. so he attempted to get Christine to do a three way on the phone. Despot Jr. refused and told Christine that if anyone had something to tell him, they could do so directly. Immediately afterwards, we received a 'private' call so Despot Jr. transferred it to voicemail. MR. HICKS LEFT HIM A MESSAGE: "You know for someone [inaudible] is pretty smart, what your sister has told me you are pretty stupid - you like playing games? you like to play with people? you like digging in emails? you've messed with the wrong person [inaudible]". The threat is clearly discerned, however I must underline here that we never insulted or did we say anything that could have provoked this sort of action.
The next day on Tuesday, a Sheriff Deputy came over to our house. From what we understood, it seems like Mr. Hicks & Caroline had talked to the officer. Mr. Hicks presented himself as a big time commander of a Springfield Police Department doing undercover work everywhere. He insisted that it was important that his picture not show up on the Internet. We explained to the officer that his picture was publicly on the website of the City of Des Plaines, that he was just a police officer for the small town of Des Plaines and not Springfield, and that Mr. Hicks was living with my daughter Caroline (the officer was never made aware that Caroline was a family member!) The officer then listened to the voicemail Mr. Hicks left us TWICE. He quickly understood that they were the ones disturbing and threating us. I must say the deputy changed faces and told us to rest assure and that he will call Mr. Hicks back and tell him not to disturb us anymore. He also told us that if they were to bother us again to let him know immediately and that he would take care of it. Yes, yes it was Mr. Hicks from Chicago who thought he could fool other law enforcement officers - he resembles everything BUT a police officer! We did not know at this time however that this was the beginning of a much longer story they were preparing.
On the night of January 2, 2009, Christine was still with Caroline. We asked Christine to see if she could find any papers/phone bills around her with Corinne's phone number on it before she leaves. The same night, Caroline 'exploded' along with Mr. Hicks - Christine ended up stuck between two fires. They were very menacing towards her and threatened they would call the FBI, have DCFS take her children, etc... You can imagine the impact this had on Christine - Christine who attempted suicide three times, hospitalized during the last two attempts in Chicago. It is most probable that this harrassment on Christine must of lasted all weekend long. They were to leave for South Caroline Saturday morning but instead didn't leave until Monday. It isn't impossible that they had her sign some affidavits before she left.
| This story gives a very good excuse and pretext so the FBI in Chicago can investigate in South Carolina - as this file will be prepared in advance, they will attempt to jail Despot Jr. That way I will end up by my self along with my mother in the house. This will leave an open door to the Yugoslavian secret service to kidnap me. This kidnapping I avoided so many times in France and here in the United States before. The only reason I've been able to escape so far is that I've always been very careful, it's not a paranoia but reality. |
Since we stopped financially helping Christine (she needs help with her rent and bills constantly), Caroline has taken over. Of course she can! An electrical company somehow found a way to create a home office for her with a paycheck of a little over $50,000 a year, $15,000 more than her previous job. This way, she would have enough money to help out Christine & Renee. All this was possible even though Caroline has no work papers and no legal status here in the United States. She isn't aware that her situation is suspended on a string. She is being used, while she is needed things will continue to be supported - afterwards however both Caroline and her nine year old daughter could quickly get the boot.
None of my five daughters are conscious of anything. Now when we reflect on the past, we understand people's behavior and how they weren't reponsible for their actions. A lot of people have already been subjected to the Mind Control project - much more than we can imagine. Books published back in 80s speak of 14-20 million people already in the project. Back then, I refused to believe but I was poorly informed. If today someone told me that there is 30, 40 million or more, I would say "Sir, you are probably right". A lot of children and parents are already victims, they live around us supposedly like everyone else. When I think of these poor victims my hair starts to stand upright!
I'll come back to a random event which began a couple of months ago. Back in the summer of 2005, I talked about the slavs around the Chicago area. Remember I said they have access to all computers, immigration, FBI, secret service, etc...?

Chicago Tribune’s Timing of Blagojevich Story Under Scrutiny December 16, 2008 02:29 PM by Christopher Coats A delayed decision to publish sensitive information about the investigation into Governor Rod Blagojevich has raised questions about the Chicago Tribune’s motivations, timing and relationship with the Illinois politician. The Tribune, Blagojevich Relationship The early morning arrest of Blagojevich last week occurred only after the Chicago Tribune ran a story outlining the FBI’s investigation, which they had been sitting on for more than two months. Although the motivation behind the Tribune’s decision to run the long-delayed story remains unclear, some have begun to question what role the financially beleaguered company’s own relationship with the governor played in their final decision. Asked by the office of Federal Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald to hold onto the story in October, the Tribune decided not to run the story, though Fitzgerald later said they were never notified about why the request was made. Fitzgerald would go on to compliment the paper for granting what he described as an unusual request, despite the suggestion that the FBI would have been able to gather more pressing information if they could have continued the investigation without Blagojevich knowing. Incidentally, although direct talks about the governor’s attempts to sell the senatorial seat of the outgoing President-elect Obama had ceased around the middle of November, they began again the week before the arrest. The Wall Street Journal reports that recorded calls revealed the first mention of a cash transaction and a scheduled meeting with a representative of Senate Candidate #5, later revealed to be Jesse Jackson Jr. However, the paper’s parent company, helmed by Sam Zell, also played a role in the conversations recorded by federal agents during the month of November. Faced the with the threat of bankruptcy, the Tribune Company had appealed to the governor to take on the title of Wrigley Field, home of the Cubs, which the company has owned since 1981. Unhappy with the Chicago Tribune’s editorial board’s calls for impeachment investigations into his office for the practice of distributing state funds without legislative or voter approval, Blagojevich was recorded pressuring company representatives to fire columnists in exchange for the stadium deal, according to the Wall Street Journal. Citing what he saw as a discrepancy between the words of the editorial board and appeals of the parent company, Blagojevich reportedly called for the specific removal of Deputy Editorial Editor John McCormick in exchange for clearing the deal. If completed, the state’s acceptance of the stadium title would go on to save Zell and his company approximately $100 million and help to stave off bankruptcy for the Tribune. On Dec. 4, the Tribune announced a wave of layoffs, but informed the governor’s office that the editorial board members in question were not among those let go. The next day, the Tribune reversed their delay and ran the article on the FBI investigation. On Monday, Dec. 8, the Tribune filed for bankruptcy, declaring $12.9 billion in debt and only $7.6 billion assets. The next day, Fitzgerald’s office moved to make an arrest of Blagojevich and his chief of staff. While Zell and the Tribune released a statement denying any wrongdoing, the timing of the talks with Blagojevich’s office and questions surrounding what influence the Tribune’s corporate offices may have had influencing coverage of the governor have raised the ire of media watchdogs, such as the Columbia Journalism Review. Further, while the exact knowledge of events on the part of Zell’s office and his influence on the content and timing of the Dec. 5 story on the governor have raised more questions about the move to make the arrest. |
I don't know for what reason the FBI is trying to pull down the Illinois governor Blagojevich, but the FBI investigation on him couldn't remain a secret for very long.

We apologize for the long delay but we will continue our documentary here. The events that followed happened too quickly one after the other. We kept waiting for an end so that we could put everything together. In February, one of Christine's ex-boyfriends from Chicago moved down to South Carolina. My ex-wife Renee, Christine & the boyfriend ended up in the same apartment. To keep Renee calm was becoming an impossible task. In the past when we were together, it took an extreme amount of patience and strength to stay in control at home. Since our separation, she has become uncontrollable to the point her father claimed he will never come back to see her. Her brother-in-law made the same decision (this happened while she was still living in Chicago during the 90s). Christine was living with her for six years and caught an ulcer with her. Without being too mean, I told her to thank her mother for it! Today, she is powerless, she cannot feel or use her legs, her sugar level can no longer be controlled, etc.. I can imagine what scenes she is capable of doing. Somewhere during the month of February 2009, my granddaughter Melody brought her food (on the second floor). Renee took some trash that she had in the room and threw it on top of the food, she then turned towards Melody and pushed her towards the stairs telling her "Go downstairs; I never want to see you up here again!" Melody broke out in tears and Christine went upstairs to see what was going on. Finally she decided she will have no more so she kicked her out the apartment. This lasted quite a while and must have been quite a scene. Catherine decided to come pick her up and took her to her house. A week or two later, Catherine could no longer put up with her so Caroline came down to pick her up. By coincidence, my son and mother ended up at Christine's apartment at the same time as Caroline. Caroline walked up to him and asked why he did not want to come out of the van to talk. They exchanged a few words but there were no tense conversations. Each went their own way and left.
They both drove back to Chicago. Caroline in turn could not stand her either, at the most 2 or 3 weeks later my ex-wife was back in Anderson, SC with Catherine. It is more than evident no one can put up with her for very long.
Near the end of April 2009, Caroline lost her job. Still at this time, nothing felt wrong. It wasn't until autumn of the same year we started seeing what was in preparation. Already in May 2009 Caroline came down to pick up her mother to alleviate the pressure on Catherine. We in turn felt compelled to help Christine as she lost her job as well and could not obtain all her welfare rights. Here it is rather difficult to explain what followed as events intersect each other. Christine required help month after month and things started adding up. Her welfare benefits were abnormally low, well under what other people in the same situation were getting. This eventually led her to lose her car as she could not pay the loan on it anymore. At the same time as usual, Camille kept asking for our help from time to time. It's either with her phone bill or car payment she needs help. Caroline was constantly traveling between Chicago - South Carolina (at least 5-6 times all summer long). We began understanding that she was preparing something as she didn't appreciate the fact that Christine once again started getting closer to us. Christine helped us with farm work and especially putting up a fence around our house. The risk of Serbian intelligence agents kidnapping me was very real and ever present. We preferred putting up a fence all around the property. We had the idea of adding some dogs afterwards. Christine was at our house very often, we were even surprised that she had so much time for us. We were always careful but we could not see anything wrong. We are still trying to get the family together even knowing that Christine and the others are all under some type of control imposed by the CIA.
Des Plaines, IL Police Officer Matthew R Hicks has created a 'holdup' in my family. He wants to make himself look like a big family protector, pictured above with 10 year old Brianna. Brianna has her own father who is very gentle with her. Officer Hicks is trying to replace her father and is acting the same towards my other grandchildren, Melody, Isabel, etc... He's trying to replace me.
Mr. Hicks has some strange or rather odd dealings which we don't quite well understand. Simply go to the following website and search for 107 Starwood Dr, Bolingbrook, IL: Will County Recorder Office. Since 1998, there are about 19 records available for this house. Each record contains anywhere from 2-20 pages. The name Matthew Hicks appears here and there and many different banks appear as well.
The house was sold in 2006 for $335,000. The sale was made amoung the same people listed in the records. I am not accusing him of anything but perhaps once source of income for Mr. Hicks came from here as I cannot explain how Caroline & him constantly go on vacation between Las Vegas, Florida, Boston, etc... Caroline's salary ($65k/year) is not sufficient to even cover typical expenses every month ($2500 a month for the mortgage, plus water, electricity, gas, cell phone, car loans, maintenance, fuel, internet, etc...). Not to mention the frequent trips they make to South Carolina (each time they rent a car, rent a hotel room, etc..). Is it possible with only a police officer's pay check and $65 a year salary?
The 'resources' Mr. Hicks have are more than doubtful. He's always in search of a more intimate relation with Brianna. As if Brianna is not enough, at all costs he is trying to rip Melody from Christine. Caroline is entirely dominated by Officer Hicks; she only executes what he says. She has no more strength to come back to her right mind, she just wants all these stories to end at any cost. Deep down inside, her conscious is also bothering her, she is trying to justify herself but is not aware that instead, she is only sinking deeper.
It wasn't hard for Caroline to make so many trips to South Carolina this summer as she was receiving unemployment benefits at the time. Yes, she only finished 8 years of school and was able to obtain a job with Rexel for $65,000 a year!! She has no work permit, no green card, no citizenship, and uses a counterfeit birth certificate (perhaps Mr. Hicks knows how she got this birth certificate?) - a South Carolina birth certificate from one of her little sisters was altered (Caroline was born in France). Somehow she manages to use them to be hired.
In addition, for father's day she went to the lake here in South Carolina, rented a boat, etc... . She invited Christine, Catherine, JD, Matthew Hicks, etc.. She believes she is the leader of my family. With her mother, they did everything possible to break up my family (they were in turn supported by DCFS/Judges etc..) Caroline then broke up her own family, what more does she want? In reality, the money she spends to help the family is only a small fraction of what we spend. She actually spends more on rental cars, hotels, etc.. than on anything else.
During the month of June/July this year, we spent a lot of time at home. This is usually the time of year when things are setup against us. For example, we hired a car hauler who had moved several things for us in the past. In August he took a deposit to move a car for us that we had recently purchased in California. He never went and picked up the car and kept the deposit! Perhaps they want us to start taking him to court?
To get back to our own problems, with Camille we were getting along just fine. In June we sent her a laptop as a gift and in July we bought her a TV for her birthday. In August however, Camille started changing suddenly, I would say she was rather odd. She lost her job after 3 1/2 years with Sears and decided to start making a website. She asked for some videos. In a conversation with me on the phone she told me "Yeah but in Chicago you were found guilty to having touched Caroline". I did not understand why she brought this up all of a sudden as she was one of the first ones to ask Catherine & Christine if they remember me ever having abused anyone. She had made a statement then that it was all part of Caroline's imagination. Now she brought this up and was rather mean even.
Finally Caroline loses patience and on August 14, she drives in front of our house (we are on a 5 lane highway). She stops on the road and starts taking pictures of our house. She seems to have been taking her time. My mother, my son & Christine watched her. Christine sent her a text message saying "I hope you got a great picture". She replied "Yes I did I got what I wanted". We did not know at this time however that she had some very dark plans. We found out two months later. Caroline was angry at this time because Christine refused to give her Melody for the entire school year.
You know, for numerous years now Melody has been targeted to be taken from Christine. Even Christine's driver’s license was a setup. Its true Christine took things too lightly with speeding tickets etc... It was at the time when they had just moved to South Carolina. She had a hard time stabilizing her situation and could not pay the fines either. However, you can see on the above documents that her address was somehow changed to her old address, and finally changed to her old address just before the letter of suspension was sent out. She therefore never got the letter, it was returned to the bmv. This was fradulent activity which by chance all happened after Corinne's disappearance, in the goal to catch Christine with a suspended license, jail her, and then take Melody since there would be no one to care for her. They were only waiting for the right time. Each time they put her in a crisis and luckily we are here. It has been going on for years so we obviously have been bothering someone's agenda.
She did however drive by our house looking for problems. We haven't talked to her in a very long time and are keeping her at a distance. We suppose her boyfriend Matthew was with her. Were they waiting for Despot to walk out the house towards them? They could have snapped pictures and made up stories later saying he threatened them. In July of 2005, she told the FBI my son made a death threat. Why would she not do something like this now? The next week Christine's welfare benefits were suspended because social services got an 'anonymous tip' that Christine was working at our house and was being paid. Knowing her old habits, we advised Christine to let the school know as well to expect some anonymous letters from Caroline. Christine told the school principal that should they get any letters or phone calls regarding Melody, it would be from her sister Caroline as she is seeking Melody's custody. The school seems to have received something like this already. After a month of stress Christine got her welfare benefits back.
The dealer repossessed Christine's car so she was left with no car. She cannot survive alone; she needs someone to support her. This too was quickly resolved. A Mr. Mike appeared, a man who is much older than her (Christine has known him for 6 years and he had always refused to live with her). This time he accepted her along with her two daughters (Melody and the newborn baby). The baby's father was taken up for child support while Christine moved in with Mike. The last few months, Christine had been at our house very often so we decided to help her out and buy her a car. Her boyfriend Mike lost his job as well so they were in a tight situation. We decided to start a court process for Christine's suspended driver's license. The way Christine's license was suspended was very suspicious. Should you take a look at her driving record, you will see why this was a setup. She had moved and changed her address with the bureau of motor vehicles, but the BMV changed her address to an old address a few weeks later. They then sent her a letter advising her of her suspended license to the old address. This easily listed her as an habitual offender. She now has to wait until the summer of 2011 to get her license back, unless the judge decides otherwise in December 2009. We bought her a nice Volvo and she is very happy with it. One day in September, we do not know for what reason, James Gillespie (Catherine's husband), pushed Christine down with all his strength while Christine was holding her 9 month old baby. Christine called the police and filed charges (the cops found out he was in jail for 2 weeks in January 2009 for a fight in a bar). A few years before that I had dropped the charges on him, he had hit me. Now he is pushing Christine. In October, he threatened Despot Jr because a few weeks before then my son and mother met Christine at a gaming center where Melody & Isabel were present.
School had started and we hadn't heard from Caroline for a while. Caroline was given her old job back four months later with the same conditions and pay. In September & October Caroline called Christine and did a three way with the police officer Matthew R Hicks. Mr. Hicks made a list of threats against us and told Christine to tell us, although Christine told him she did not want to be in the middle of it. Camille attracted our attention to something we do not quite well understand. She told us we need to stop sending emails to Caroline & others. I am not sure if this is an invention on their end, it gives them an excuse to call us and bother us - or someone else is adding some fuel to the fire. Camille was also thinking of creating a website to present her truth. She asked if we can send her some videos of when she was little. What truth can you expect for Camille to present? She was not even 9 years old yet when DCFS took her from school. She never got past fifth grade in school, what does she have to say? As if that isn't enough, she told me that on a court paper she has the judge found me guilty for having 'touched' Caroline. I told her "yes, because your mother pushed Caroline to testify against me so that she could have custody of the children. The court pretended not to see all the proof we had against her. That's why your sister Christine attempted suicide three times. Your mother put you on the street in Chicago. Today you do not have proper education or anything. You can only pick up street trash as boyfriends". Really, this was also the idea Dorothy Bates had when she said "Children need to try everything!"
You know often I repeat myself on this website, I keep saying my children are under hypnosis and they are doing everything they want with them. How do you want to explain that Catherine & Christine had babies only two months apart. Caroline at the same time was trying to do the same but luckily destiny saved her. I believe Caroline, or more likely Mr. Hicks was not in proper health, he must have a medical condition that prevented it.
As no one wants to take care of my ex-wife, they found a place for her not too far from where Christine was living. Christine took up the task once again to visit her several times a day. Around mid-October, my ex-wife Renee had a stroke and was quickly admitted to the hospital. Her left arm/left leg was out of use and could not speak. Caroline & Camille quickly drove down from Chicago to visit her. Camille quickly refused to visit us just to be 'good buddies' with Caroline. Camille totally changed towards us. Even when Christine offered to drive her to meet my son & I she refused, even to meet on a parking lot. I understood something big was in preparation so Camille was refusing to meet us so she wouldn't be accused of informing us. What was most surprising is that none of my daughters seem to be able to stand each other. It's every man for himself, no one cares about the other one.
Caroline arrived on a Thursday and left only the following Monday night. On that Sunday, I believe it was the 18th of October, Caroline & Matthew R Hicks drove around all day with Melody in the car. When they dropped Melody off at her house, Caroline told Christine "Come here and listen to what Melody has to say!" Melody started telling Christine that I would touch her when she was here. Christine knew it was a setup from Caroline & Mr. Hicks. Christine began asking Melody questions "When, where" etc... At times, Melody would turn around and ask Caroline "What was I suppose to say?" It was obvious what Caroline and Mr. Hicks had done, but since Mr. Hicks was there Christine did not want to argue with Caroline. Already in August, Christine expected some bad deeds from Caroline as she had advised the school that should they receive any 'anonymous' tips it would be coming from her sister Caroline as she wants her daughter.
On Monday, we learned she went around to all the different social services offices in the surrounding counties. She told them that I was abusing Melody & that Christine was bringing her here so that Melody could be abused! Melody had a visit from social services at school and Christine at the house. They took pictures of her house and Christine explained that she had just started a job with Big Lots. The social worker started a case which we do not have much detail about yet. In any case, it is obvious that they are simply preparing a case against me in hopes to get me jailed.
These are some letters from Abbeville County. They want Melody to show up for an interview on November 9 regarding a 'possible crime'. Everything is 'possible' but according to the letter, there is little room for this belief. It seems like everything has been decided already.
Up until now, we thought it was just a matter of them wanting to jail me. However, I received a phone call from a man in Chicago. He asked "Mr. Despotovic what is going on? Caroline has phoned all the old DCFS caseworkers in Chicago. She is making quite a scene, complaining to everyone about how she was abused when she was a child, now it's Melody, etc... She feels like she has to 'save' Melody and does not know what to do." Caroline spent a week in a hospital like all the other children back in 1995. The reports clearly show that neither she nor any of the children were never abused or suffered any trauma (see reports in the previous sections). The report did say for Caroline however that she likes to manipulate others but is also easily manipulated. She doesn't stop here however, she is going to start informing the media to 'save' Melody so that Melody doesn't have to suffer the same 'trauma' she did.
Do you know what this means, this whole comedy? I have always been the greatest obstacle in the CIA's quest to take my children. They are not used to seeing a father resist as much and for this long. Caroline went to all the different offices in the surrounding counties. She contacted our neighbors to tell them that I am a child molester and my son Despot Jr. a kidnapper. She called everyone up in Chicago. One day she is going to drive down here with a gun in an attempt to kill me (this isn't anything new or surprising, last winter on the French TV station TV5 a lady of about 30 years old killed her father with a machine gun in France. Yes, machine gun, the automatic one! She said she killed him because when she was younger she was abused by him. You know, in Europe firearms are not up for sale. Gangsters find ways to buy them but regular people cannot buy them, the chances are very little. To be able to buy a machine gun, well this is something else, it would be extremely difficult to buy. The whole story is not logical, if she was in a state of defense, she would have grabbed a knife or something sharp. This story reminds me of these students throughout the world, dressed in black, they kill their fellow students.) This will quickly be passed as an affair 'the daughter was abused when she was a child and now came to seek revenge'. This would pass quite easily on the news unnoticed. I believe this is what is in preparation. It would happen before the beginning of December. Everything was well organized and prepared. Near the end of October 2009, social services prohibited Christine from coming to our house for the next 45 days while the investigation was opened. They do not want on the night of the crime Christine and the children to be here. I have a few other things as well that I cannot speak about right now. This role can also be played out by Mr. Hicks who will attempt to play 'hero', to 'sacrifice himself to save Melody'.
The way Mr. Hicks & Caroline have been pressing ahead so much (with nothing there to begin with) is very strange. Should I disappear or die, then the CIA will be able to do whatever they wish to do with my children & grandchildren. Seeing how much effort Mr. Hicks & Caroline are putting into these stories, there is a second possibility. There could be someone else behind Mr. Hicks that is over seeing the affair. The Slav population in Chicago is very powerful. They use Americans for all their needs, so that they would never be meddled. There is a possibility as well; it is only a guess on my end, that some changes took place at the summit of the CIA. The officer that covered the Slavs up until now is no longer in power. The newly arrived chief is taking a look at case after case. The most dangerous case would be mine. Everything that has been done to us cannot be justified. Everything that the French DST & Yugoslavs sent against me, well if it is proved that it is false, then a new question arises. All these thousands of agents that the CIA is financing in the ex-YU have given false information? THE YUGOSLAVS ARE AFRAID THAT SOMEONE WILL ASK THE QUESTION, "WHY AFTER 27 YEARS IN THE USA, HAVE WE NEVER ASKED MR. DESPOTOVIC ANY QUESTIONS?" If they were to question me, a lot of accusations against me would quickly be found false. CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT THE CIA ONE DAY OR ANOTHER WILL HAVE TO RECOGNIZE THAT THE INFORMATION AGAINST ME WAS FALSE? The problem isn't only me, since 1945, thousands of Yugoslavs who sought political asylum were deported. They spent colossal amounts of money to finance their 'network' in Yugoslavia. Their 'network' was composed of Yugoslav Intelligence agents that were purposely slipped by UDBA. This is the main reason they are trying to discredit me, not as a spy since this story has gotten too old but as a sexual abuser.
November 9, 2009, Christine & Melody went to a clinic in Greenwood, SC. After the interview/exam, it was decided that Melody is fine and no abuse ever occurred. Without them asking Melody anything, Melody told them "I want to go see my Tonton and Pepe"! They replied to her saying "Yes I know but you can't go yet!" The results of the day angered Caroline & Mr. Hicks even more. Mr. Hicks went ahead first to threaten Christine "Ha! It isn't over yet, just wait until Caroline gets copies of your phone records showing that you and your father have been talking. I will help her get the records!" Caroline did not rest either, she called social services in South Carolina again and threaten them she was going to get the media involved, etc... Mr. Hicks did not waste his time either, he called up every office he could in South Carolina. He wanted his name to disappear from this website. The Sheriff's department did not understand what he had to hide - why did he not want his name to appear on our website? It isn't normal for him to insist so much that his name not be on this website. I could not reply to this question honestly, as only Mr. Hicks knows what is being prepared against me and doesn't want his name meddled. To not complicate matters for the Sheriff's Department, we accepted to temporarily remove his name from this website. In addition, we were preparing to go protest by the White House so we did not want to be tied up with such petty matters.
Caroline is hoping that social services will take Melody from Christine for at least a week. They could then slip a nice social worker that will offer Melody some candy, so that the same story can repeat again as in Chicago (see Mrs. Radovich's case in the previous section) - "If you say this or that, you can then go home and see your mom, uncle, sister, your whole family!". It will only be a question of days when the child will surrender as she will be eager to go home. A seven year old girl will be unable to resist for long. Their game plan right now is to remove me, then Christine (she could suddenly get 'pulled over' for driving with no license?) Melody will then be easily taken.
Their aggressiveness doesn't stop here. At the same time, we got a letter from our landlord. We've been living in this house for 8 years now. We have been paying the rent 6 months at a time. This past summer, the landlord said on the phone that he was very happy with us. He said that he doesn't plan on selling the house unless we want to buy it. They would only sell it to us. He gave us the option to either buy the house or to extend the lease. The letter we got a few days ago says the contrary. They decided to sell the house for $120,000 but will sell it to us for $110,000 (the house is not worth that much). There is a strong possibility that Caroline has contacted the landlord, as her habits prove, and told him a bunch of lies about us. The landlord must have gotten scared and would rather have nothing to do with people like us.
Another more probable version is that someone wants to move us out of here, ever since we put the fence up around the property. Our house has become too secure, the neighbors know us etc... It doesn't suit the CIA or the Serbian intelligence agents. They tried to make us look as bad as possible, but do know what the old French proverb says "If you kill a dog, people will say you are a bastard. If we say the dog had rabies, you will pass for a hero". This is what is happening now.
December 3, 2009
For the month of November, things were becoming rather tense. We were mainly worried that some pretext would quickly be invented to keep us from going to Washington DC. Legally, there was nothing that could be done but in the past, we've seen how justice can work so it's always better to be prudent. Around mid-November, we arrived in Washington DC. Here again we had a lot of problems to resolve before we could go protest by the White House. As my son Despot Jr. is the only one to drive and handle things, it takes a lot of time. Caroline once again called up social services and threatened them she will call up the media as they are not doing anything to protect a child (from her point of view). Of course her manipulator was Mr. Hicks, he stands behind her all the time. The social worker had to call up the Des Plaines Police Department to verify that Mr. Hicks is truly employed there. Everyone sees the ridiculous situation but no one understands it. To fully satisfy Caroline's demand, social services decided to setup a physical examination for Melody on December 2, 2009 with a different doctor.
November 25 marked Christine's newborn baby's first birthday. At 78 years old, my mother was in tears, she said "This isn't the America my father told me about. I wasn't able to see my grandchildren grow up; they were hidden from me for so many years. Now it's my great-grandchild's birthday and Christine is not allowed to bring her here for her birthday. A lot of people here need to see a good psychiatrist!"
December 2, 2009 was getting closer. My mother was alone in South Carolina and my son and I were in Washington DC. I can say that everyone was under some stress as we know their main goal is to take Melody away from Christine. On the morning of December 2, Melody showed up for her appointment. Once again the results were good, the doctor said there was clearly no signs of abuse; Melody was just as normal as any 7 year old child. I could not believe it that yet another doctor worked truthfully. We should not rejoice too quickly however, as the social services still has the last word - will they close the case now?
The day before that on December 1, I had a very pleasant surprise; one that I did not have for a long time. While visiting some websites, we found on the homepage a link to a book in PDF format, "Operation Mind Control" by Walter Bowart. This book is very hard to find nowadays but it is not lost.
I was very encouraged, for years now I have been speaking about hypnosis. People are often perplexed as they ignore everything on this subject. I tell my mother and son about what can done and achieved, how people's personalities can be completely transformed. It is possible to implant false memories of the past, etc... They believe me but it seems like I was the only one speaking about this. However, we found some excerpts from the book which confirms what I have been saying all along. I've known these things since the 60s. The above book was published in 1978. I had a lot of questions about this subject so I will post some excerpts here for our readers.

Zombie is a quaint, old-fashioned folklore word but its meaning becomes obscene when our children’s minds are being controlled ... [p. 17][Note:1] It may have been the biggest story since the atom bomb. The headline, however, was small and ignored the larger issue. “Drug Tests by CIA Held More Extensive Than Reported in ’75,” said the New York Times on July 16, 1977. ... The testing of drugs by the CIA was just a part of the United States government’s top-secret mind-control project, a project which had spanned thirty-five years and had involved tens of thousands of individuals. It involved techniques of hypnosis, narco-hypnosis, electronic brain stimulation, behavioral effects of ultrasonic, microwave, and low-frequency sound, aversive and other behavior modification therapies. In fact, there was virtually no aspect of human behavioral control that was not explored in their search for the means to control the memory and will of both individuals and whole masses of people. The CIA succeeded in developing a whole range of psycho-weapons to expand its already ominous psychological warfare arsenal. With these capabilities, it was now possible to wage a new kind of war—a war which would take place invisibly, upon the battlefield of the human mind. ... [p. 19] The psychological techniques described in The Manchurian Candidate were to become a reality less than a decade after Condon saw his story set in type. As if Condon’s fiction had been used as the blueprint, a group of hypno-programmed “zombies” were created. Some were assassins prepared to kill on cue. Others were informers, made to remember minute details under hypnosis. Couriers carried illegal messages outside the chain of command, their secrets secured behind posthypnotic blocks. Knowledge of secret information was removed from the minds of those who no longer had the “need to know”—they were given posthypnotic amnesia. ... [p. 21] The objective of Operation Mind Control during this period has been to take human beings, both citizens of the United States and citizens of friendly and unfriendly nations, and transform them into unthinking, subconsciously programmed “zombies,” motivated without their knowledge and against their wills to perform in a variety of ways in which they would not otherwise willingly perform. This is accomplished through the use of various techniques called by various names, including brainwashing, thought reform, behavior modification, hypnosis, and conditioned reflex therapy. For the purpose of this book the term “mind control” will be used to describe these techniques generically.REF Mind control is the most terrible imaginable crime because it is committed not against the body, but against the mind and the soul. Dr. Joost A. M. Meerloo expresses the attitude of the majority of psychologists in calling it “mind rape,” and warns that it poses a great “danger of destruction of the spirit” which can be “compared to the threat of total physical destruction . . .” ... [p. 23] “I can hypnotize a man—without his knowledge or consent—into committing treason against the United States,” boasted Dr. George Estabrooks in the early 1940s. Estabrooks, chairman of the Department of Psychology at Colgate University, ... [p. 58] From one such think tank, the Rand Corporation, came a report [1949] ... [p. 67] “ ... a hypnotized subject will often accept and confess to an implanted memory as a real event in his own past life.” ... A number of experienced hypnotists had been able to train their subjects to perform “in such a way that observers could not tell that the subject was in a trance or that he was acting under hypnotic suggestions.” ... [p. 69] To induce hypnosis in an unwilling subject, the report suggested any of three possibilities which were then well supported by research findings: 1. As part of a medical examination, talk relaxation to the subject, thus disguising the hypnotic induction. For example, the person could be given a blood pressure test, told that he must relax completely in order to give an adequate test record, and then be given suggestions to go to sleep which would result in a hypnotic trance. 2. Induce hypnosis while the person is actually asleep from normal fatigue. This could be done by simply talking softly into the sleeper’s ear. 3. Use injections of drugs to induce hypnosis. The hypnotic drugs would relax the subject and put him in a “twilight state” where the subconscious mind is very susceptible to suggestion. Subjects who refuse or resist the simple “talking” methods of hypnotic induction could be given a few grams of paraldehyde or an intravenous injection of sodium pentothal or sodium amytal. ... Subsequently the subject could be allowed to practice carrying out posthypnotic suggestions. He could then be rehypnotized, still without his conscious cooperation, but this time without the use of drugs. ... Another important use of hypnosis ... the report said, would be the induction of amnesia: “Once a deep hypnotic trance is achieved, it is possible to introduce posthypnotic amnesia so that [a subject] . . . would not know . . . that he had been subjected to hypnosis, to drugs, or to any other treatment.” ... The report then said, “Conceivably, electroshock convulsions might be used as an adjunctive device to achieve somnambulism in a very high percentage of the cases. ... It is conceivable, therefore, that electroshock treatments might be used to weaken difficult cases in order to produce a hypnotic trance of great depth.” In 1958 the Bureau of Social Science Research (BSSR), a subcontractor to the Rand Corporation, issued a “technical report” on hypnosis to the air force ... “it is conceivable . . . that these techniques could have been used and covered up so successfully that they might be impossible to recognize . . .” ... All of these techniques, involving drug-induced hypnosis and electroshock convulsions, were eventually developed and used to reduce some of our own citizens to a zombie state in which they would blindly serve the government. Regardless of the Constitution and the laws which supposedly protect the individual against government coercion, “zombies” were covertly created to do the government’s more unsavory bidding. Such “zombies” asked no questions about the legality of their assignments. Often their assignments were never consciously known. And if they were ever questioned about their own actions, amnesia protected them from self-incrimination. ... [p. 70-73] In 1951, a former naval officer described “a secret” of certain military and intelligence organizations. He called it “Pain-Drug-Hypnosis” and said it “is a vicious war weapon ... The extensiveness of the use of this form of hypnotism in espionage work is now so widespread that it is long past the time when people should have become alarmed about it . . .” ... [p. 75] Mind control arranges that “slaves” of the intelligence community—witnesses, couriers, and assassins—are “protected” from their own memories and guilt by amnesia. These “slaves” may be left alive, but the knowledge they possess is buried deep within the tombs of their own minds by techniques which can keep the truth hidden even from those who have witnessed it. It is the ultimate debriefing, the final security measure short of assassination. ... [p. 148] |
This is how things are! They are using these same techniques to turn my children against me. Christine seems to have been the exception for the moment. They have distanced Corinne entirely and for her other four sisters, they speak very rarely to each other. Each one seems to care less what the other is doing. Not only do they not care about each other but also a jealously seems to have arrised, something that was unheard of before. They need to simply make me disappear so that they can do whatever they want with the children, no one will ask about them and even less prove anything at all. No only have they turned the children against me but also against their brother and grandmother.
Today, December 3, in about 7-8 hours, Christine will be in court for her driver's license. She was able to obtain all the necessary paperwork to prove where she lived in the past. The Department of Motor Vehicles did not give her the right to an appeal in 2008 as is normally the case so she will present all of this to the court. We will see what happens.

The decision the judge gave for Christine's driver's license on December 3 was rather strange. He made no decision the same day but simply stated she will get a letter advising her of the decision in a few weeks. Christine's lawyer showed the judge the receipts from the power bill and copies of the lease aggreements to prove where she was living at the time. The letter the DMV sent her was sent to the old address so she never received it, although she had updated her address with the DMV. In addition, the response she got from the DMV in 2008 did not offer her the right to an appeal as is normally the case (another strange occurence). We shall find out soon what decision the judge made. So far, DSS has not closed the case regarding Melody either.
Caroline understood she was losing the battle with this website - as she found out, we are not obliged to remove anything from this site. There are high profile 'leaked' documents available online which have never been taken down to date, for example on Cryptome.org - they state:

It's hard to prosecute someone who uses public sources to pull together information -- even when that information clearly shouldn't be revealed," says Stewart Baker, a technology lawyer and former general counsel for the National Security Agency. "If the material is leaked to you, you can probably publish that too. Unfortunately, it's not illegal to be a jerk."
However Caroline wants the solicitor's office to take up charges against her brother for harassment. In 2005 she told the FBI that her brother made a death threat to her on the phone, now it's harassment. Of course she stands near zero chance of doing so, most of Abbeville County knows of the false accusations she recently made against us regarding Melody. It is obvious to everyone she is only trying to stir up more problems. There has not been any phone calls, letters, or emails between Despot Jr. and Caroline. I would surely like to help my daughter Caroline; I would find her a good psychiatrist who with time can bring her back to reality. I don't think she would accept my help as her head is overflowing with ideas someone has placed in her against me.
After a little study, I believe my son found the disorder Caroline is suffering from. The symptoms she is showing demonstrate BiPolar Disorder: Agitation or irritation, Inflated self-esteem (delusions of grandeur), Poor temper control, Tendency to be easily distracted, Little need for sleep, recourse to alcohol, etc... It's possible that all these hypnosis episodes they are carrying out on the children (Caroline's started at age 14, meaning 14 years already as she is now 28) is taking their toll on them. As Cathy O'Brien states, after age 30 a lot of psychological problems begin to occur. It is equally possible they are building up this disorder in her just to irritate her a little more so that one day she comes armed to our house to shoot us. Her state of mind is deteriorating very quickly and should such an act occur, she would be quickly freed because of her condition (she would be found not responsible for her actions). We must remember that Camille is finding herself almost in the same state of mind at the same time.
Our problem needs to be resolved at the source, here in Washington DC.

They tried once again to make me look like a sex abuser but this time the social services, the police, and the courts did not allow themselves to be impressed by Caroline's accusations. We should not cry victory yet as all of a sudden, Catherine has begun getting closer to Christine and Melody is spending her Saturday nights at Catherine's house. It is very surprising and this time I fear that they might do something to Melody to better accuse us. Melody is old enough to be hypnotized now so we can expect just about anything.
We are in touch with Christine just about every day and have been following the situation with Caroline closely to see what her intentions are. We learnt that on December 21, 2009, Caroline & Matthew Hicks drove to our town here in South Caroline to file a lawsuit against my son and me. An officer called us and asked if we could come in so that they may serve us. My son explained that we were in Washington DC but would do so as soon as we got back in town. We also learned that the solicitor’s office refused to take up the case against us (there was lack of evidence of any wrongdoing) so Caroline & Mr. Hicks had to file a civil lawsuit. The same night, Christine told us that they both came to her house. She refused to let them in and Caroline asked to see Melody. Christine granted her 10 minutes but remained present during that time. Mr. Hicks went on to rant how he filed a lawsuit and will take everything Christine owns. He said similar things about us, that we will all end up in jail on January 13 and he will take everything we have as well. Mr. Hicks then started lashing out insults against my son and pretty much alerted the whole neighborhood. Perhaps they felt terrible that Christine did not let them in her house. Christine's boyfriend intervened but afterwards the argument continued between the two of them. It was truly a bad evening for them. I don't understand who Caroline & Mr. Hicks think they are to come here from Illinois to stir up trouble.
The bad weather we had in Washington DC had kept us inside our hotel room - snow & ice kept us from continuing our plans. Therefore on December 24 we arrived home and spent the holidays at home like most people. Melody was very happy to see us.
At the beginning of January we had a lot of work to catch up on. One thing that we never mentioned before was about Caroline. At the time when we were living in Chicago, she always had an obsession to cause us problems, to sink us as much as possible so that she could feel taller. I cannot say for sure what truly comes from her and what comes from hypnotic orders she receives however it is very curious as to how she has developed a taste to manipulate people. It gives her the impression that she is more intelligent than everyone else - all without realizing that it is a perversity of the soul. She had always been jealous on Corinne as she does not have the education, qualities, or manners that Corinne has. It's true that I always gave more importance to Corinne when they were growing up as I always educated her well. In turn she would pass this on to her sisters and brother.
In Chicago, Caroline quickly ran after friends and the streets; she always had this in her blood. As I stated in the past, while we lived in Gary, IN, she sent some Mexicans to our house. At the time however we had just moved out, in addition they knocked on the wrong door of the house so they did not find us there. At the same time, she had called up various Serbian churches in the area to find out where we were living and to make scandals in an attempt to humiliate us.
When we moved to East Chicago, IN, we were very much quiet and settled there. The day Caroline found out where we lived, a lot of neighbors were contacted by her. She told them the most disgusting lies she could about us. Luckily the neighbors knew us well. She even contacted our local post office there and told them their share of lies. It is best that I do not say here what she told them all, it surely makes me want to vomit.
Corinne at the time was a manager at Ace Hardware. Well Caroline called up the store owner to ruin Corinne's authority there (and eventually lead to her losing her job). I am not trying to defend Caroline but for a girl of 15 - 19 years of age at the time, these acts were not logical. For her to cultivate so much hatred and jealously in little time is not logical either, unless someone else was behind it all, using her as their pawn.
Even later when we moved to South Carolina, everything was very well - until the day Corinne disappeared. While we were in Washington DC protesting, Caroline sent the Secret Service to Christine's house in Anderson, telling them that we were gangsters and crooks. To make a better alert, she called the apartment office where Christine stayed to tell them her imaginative stories. Afterwards, she called up the Greenwood Sheriff's office and the post office in Greenwood, telling them that we traveled out of state to Washington DC to rip people off. This happened while my son and I where protesting by the White House every day. It is only when we were jailed in 2006 (for the issue with Melody) that she learned where we lived. That's when she unleashed more lies to our neighbors.
At the time when we were working with cars, we bought a lot of salvage title cars. Corinne told Caroline that we would sometimes get lucky and obtain a clean title as the clerks would not pay attention. Very quickly we noticed a change at the DMV. The staff would verify the titles under UV light; they would call over the phone to verify the titles, etc... It was obvious what Caroline did once again. You can see how we have supported a lot of Caroline's excesses. Of course, it isn't her planning all this out but we had to make a decision this time. With her world of imaginative lies and deceit, she is attempting to take us to court now. As usual, she put Mr. Hicks forward and he filed a lawsuit against us for "Harassment, 2nd degree" and both of them requested restraining orders. Restraining orders? We have never been by their house and they were actually the ones that came by our house to take pictures. My son and I thought about the situation day after day and we finally made a decision to kick back. We hired a lawyer and showed him proofs that Melody was never abused and how they humiliated us over the years. We decided to counter sue both of them for slandering and false accusations. We equally requested a jury trial. Caroline at about the same time quickly got married with Mr. Hicks to better protect herself.

Mr. Hicks, a police officer from Des Plaines, IL (Chicago suburb), drives to South Carolina to file a lawsuit against me. The entire affair is steered by the Slav community. I have already stated that in Chicago, the Slav community governs and obtains everything they wish. Luckily I live in the South where they do not have so much power.
At the beginning of 2009, some people wrote to me and told me "You better be careful, Obama has come to power". It makes little difference to me if he is black or white but it is another letter that attracted my attention "Careful, the Chicago Mafia has arrived in Washington DC". That's when things clicked in me, the slava mafia is well placed in Chicago and most likely they have quite a bit of contacts in Obama's entourage. As Obama was sworn in as President in January, Caroline lost her job in April that year but was quickly given unemployment benefits. During her 4 months of unemployment, Caroline made many trips to South Carolina, most likely trying to start some kind of trouble. As the summer went by, in August she was hired again by the same company. She is still employed by Capitol Light despite the fact that they were informed that Caroline used a counterfeit birth certificate and is not authorized for employment in the US. Regardless, Ms. Kim Jennings of Capitol Light decided to keep her employed (see http://www.capitollight.com/info/location.asp). It proves the fact that there is someone behind her supporting her.
In the past, we had doubts here and there that while we were by the White House faxing letters to everyone, Caroline took up her own initiatives to write behind our backs. We thought it was maybe a bad coincidence but now that we look at it, it seems this is exactly what she was doing; this way our protest would lose importance. It makes our case appear like a 'family problem'. This time however we had more clues. Caroline called the detective in our town Ms. TS, she also called up the Secret Service in Greenville, SC and spoke with agent Greg J. Later she even called up the Dept. of Homeland Security and would use the names of the detective and the Secret Service agent as references and people who are 'aware' of our case. These people had no idea how they got lured into something they had no idea about.
Caroline & Mr. Hicks were not able to get anyone's cooperation, whether it be the Department of Social Services, the Soliticor's office, the Sheriff's Department, etc... so the Dept of Homeland Security that has nothing to do about it all called us. The Hicks couple even sent them my alien registration number with immigration, asking that they deport me. What they did not know is that until 1994 I had I-94 (work authorization) and I was never given a definite deportation order. Since, new laws have come out and they are in my favor. We have yet to see what new plans the Hicks couple will draw out now that all else failed.
You know, I do not allow myself to be illusioned much by immigration, already in the spring time of 1983, in the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, an immigration officer told me on the phone "I promise you a Green Card". The next week when he stopped by our house, he changed his tune. He said "Yes, I promised that last week but not this week". Since, it has remained engraved in my soul. For an official to lie like this is unthinkable in Europe. I do not know how many times we've since filled out paperwork with immigration, always because so and so wants us to. These lies from immigration have been constant. The Americans do not decide if they will give us citizenship or not, it's the Yugoslavs. In today's America, the Americans think that they govern their country. In a systematic way, they made Corinne disappear. They perturbed relations between my four other daughters as between each other, they hardly talk. If they talk twice a year it is quite an event. Not that long ago, I would talk and laugh on the phone with Camille. Now she does not want to talk or see me. It is the same thing with Catherine and all of this for no reason. It isn't just with me either, they've adopted the same attitude towards their brother Despot. The only one that speaks to us is Christine because she was given a task to do by bringing Melody to our house. You know, for a lot of people it may appear fantastic but it is perfectly true.
Whatever happens, I will try to reply to as many emails as possible in the section "You ask... I reply..." I have a lot of things to say as a lot of things are forgotten by the newer generations of today. I hope I will have enough time.
