Description:	This job is for Ukrainians only! I am looking for a software developer who can develop a windows application for me. The application should be able to show "subliminal" messages on the screen. The program will run in the background and not be visible while the user is using the computer. (the user will only install this if they want to use it, and will have full control - there is nothing subversive here!). I am flexible as to the programming language used. I want the end result to be lightweight and easy to maintain. You should be available to work with me via IM, and be used to regular communication. For this project we will work together to refine a specification which has been half produced. It will take 2 hours of your time, and at the end of those 2 hours, we will have a finished specification which we can turn into a full project. Please show some examples of software you have developed in the past.
